Whatever script was run, it's borked... just like patch day.

When you log in, PREMIUM TIME WILL IMMEDIATELY ACTIVATE FOR THAT ONE DAY. THE REST OF YOUR BANKED TIME IS SAFE AND IS NOT ACTIVATED (unless, it was already running I suspect - only 1 more day was probably added to that running premium time).

This is not exactly how I had envisioned this to occur, so while I'm taking advantage of that premium time... I didn't have any idea and/or choice it would AUTO-ACTIVATE upon login.

I disliked this particular patch day... (effectively) disabling all missiles, and 3/3/3/3 not working in conjunction (long waits)... this auto-one day premium activation on login is not helping soothing me over (it would've soothed me a bit had it been banked like every free premium time giveaway).

Yes, because I'd like to activate it ON MY OWN TIME, LIKE EVERY PREMIUM TIME REWARD EVER.

Russ Bullock said:

UPDATE: it will take about 2 hours for the scipt to inject the free premium time into everyone's accounts. Therefore by 5pm pacific everyone should have received it. You will also need to log in and out to receive it.

If we go exactly by Russ's words, you would have collected it, and LOST IT 24 hours later if you didn't know any better.

Do oceanic players get bonus time for being barred from your serves for the day afterward? No? Meh, I'll take what I can get. Thanks. ;)

Greetings MechWarriors,

As you may be aware, in regard to this week's patch: Despite a number of bugfixes, sales, Mechs and UI tweaks, the patch was largely overshadowed by issues in our latest attempt to release the Weight Class matchmaking rules....

From the forums I'm reading it was overshadowed by the Missile bug also.

bullshit, i cannot log in because your game won't let my IGFX run the game, what a rip off.

IGFX?

Also, so because you can't play, something they gave for free is a ripoff?

If I had known about it, I wouldn't have logged on, as I only had time for a few matches. I decided to try to play more, but now I can't log into the game, so I'm screwed either way.

So instead of getting in about 30 matches on a day I wanted, I got in 5 when I wasn't expecting it.

Yes, it was free, but many of us might as well have not gotten it at all.

its a gift, you dont complain about gifts. Its the thought that count's. I do agree that it should have been banked.

Reading comprehension ain't your strong suit, is it?

He said that claiming the premium time required a log-in. That's it. Not that you had to claim it AND ACTIVATE IT.

Thanks a lot. This gift is really appreciated. I like this new policy a lot... it's a goodwill to show that something went wrong and should be fixed. And we all make mistakes.

Appreciated and thanks !

But everybody would be more happy if we got a patch, which has been tested before !

Then we dont need a gift of 1 day premium.
