What packages get what modules, warhorns, the cockpit items, and badges/titles.

I also noticed legs are included in the omni-pods, including head. The summoner's leg omni-pods were north of 300k c-bills.
Sadly I did not get to see much else other than looking at a few mechs in the lab. Looks promising.

Wait, so even if you already own the armor, you must pay? That is stupid, considering the liberties they took with the IS customization.

Each point of armour added, over the base amount, cost C-bills. So technically you do not own the armour points that were being added. Before the server crashed I had added 3-5 points and the cost was at ~1600 c-bils.
I think it is to offset the fact that we do not have to pay for engines, endo, FF, etc... but those omni-pods will get expensive. approx 300k per pod, 7 pods per mech... granted you will not change them all. 2.1mil for all 7 at 300k... so I guess the cost of upgrading to DHS and endo, FF, when compared to IS mechs, once you include increased armour... not bad really.

Going to keep editing this to keep track of things:
Half ton increments of ammo also present
Additonal pods:
Kit Fox C RA
Nova A RT
Quirks:
Seen a few interesting ones.
The one that catches my eye the most is the Stormcrow's Prime head... -10% armour strength for having an energy hardpoint, ouch. May only be for the head section, but yikes.
Others:
+10% armour strength (RA)
-10% weapon cooldown (nice when paired with a ERPPC)
+5% to missile weapon cooldown (ow)
+7% to overheat damage (do not overheat yourself)
Turn rates for low, medium, and high speed rates.
Torso turn rates
+15 Torso turn angle (yaw)
Arm movement rates for pitch or yaw
+15% Energy weapon cooldown rate (ow)
-10% missile weapon cooldown (yay)
+5% Structure Strength
Jump Jet capacity +1 or +2
Note on the JJ, no hardpoints for JJ. You have an omni-pod that allows you to add a number of JJ and you can equip, up to that total, the JJ where you please. Omni-pods stack for the total.

Nope, from the NGNG Timber Wolf footage it's clear that Clan Larges are cyan, Clan Mediums are yellow, and Clan smalls are magenta.

Excellent. Glad to hear about the ECM arm. Definitely not lamenting the inclusion of the Kit Fox in my package now that it's confirmed. Pity that it's arm mounted though - it's going to go real fast if you get targeted.

You are going to spend a lot more on mechs if you change the omni-pods, prices get much higher when you do that. Keep the pods stock and it is much easier on the c-bill wallet.
Overall, I love the sound changes, new beam colours, the hud visual changes, burst fire ACs are great. I will admit there were a couple times I wish I had the FLD of an IS AC10 or better to finish someone off or break a torso off but it was rare to find that situation. The damage increase on our other weapons seems to have balanced things out in that department.
Half ton of ammo, favorite new space filler.
Beam durations take getting used to, it is not hard to hold a beam on a target but if someone friendly crosses your fire line.... oy. Moving the beam to the side or even up often catches yet another team mate who is standing harmless to the side or jumping. They just do not seem to stop firing sometimes.
I see no reason to use a standard AC, at all. I tried one and I would rather have the double tap and risk the jam than not have it. I found myself trying to double tap it far too often. With the lack of FLD, that double tap is necessary if using an AC.
I have not used LBX or Gauss yet. I am a crappy nublet when it comes to charge weapons lol.
Heat wise the mechs seem ok. Still have to manage heat but not boiling myself to shut down... unless I am in a Nova... too tempting to use those 12 energy hardpoints.
The lights are doable with the lower speed, there is the odd time I wish I had more speed. The Kit Fox is a tad sluggish for a light, even more so if you use the S legs. Adder was fine aside from the odd want for speed, did not mind not having jump jets with it but there are times.....
I think the Stormcrow's energy hardpoint head, the -10% armour quirk, actually counts for the whole mech. I seemed to die faster when I was using it and when I swapped it out I stayed in it longer. I had fun with it.
Nova, I have not given it enough time but it seems like a decent platform if I could pull myself away from wanting to use all those hardpoints lol. Fairly agile and jets.
Dire Wolf is sluggish as all hell, has a bad twist arc, and god help you if you mount ACs in the arms or ERPPCs and throw away your lower arm actuators. Expected on the sluggishness and it does live up to it's name if something gets caught in the cross-hairs.
Warhawk is very maneuverable for an assault. I was very impressed. It's major limitation is customization, all those fixed DHS do not leave much room to play with and it is surprisingly limited in hardpoints, when you get down to it. You are pretty much forced to use all heavy weapons, there is no small array you can really setup. Even still, it was the one mech I really thought would not do anything for me in this pack and it has proven to be one of my favorite assaults.
Timber Wolf is great.
Summoner, I was honestly afraid for this mech but I love it. I almost prefer the prime arms over the others due to the 10% cooldown reduction. Even after upping the armour to maximum it is a very workable mech. Resist the urge to load big ballistics.
I would also like to, pleasantly, point out that not once was I team killed while riding one of my gold mechs. Heck, I was even last man standing on a couple matches and someone thanked me for keeping the game going lol.
Overall, I am quite happy with what PGI has done with the clans. The 17th and beyond will be great. Anywho, going to hit up the TW and Summoner a couple more times and then load up my Orion to see how it fairs against clan mechs.

Yeah - that seems to be a running theme in the comments.
Either the proposed TKers were all talk and no substance.
Or they are saving it for real-time.

Anywho, I took my trusty old Orion Protector out for a run. I nabbed 4 kills. Dire Wolf (I had a lance mate near by who got focused), Summoner (one on one), Nova (one on one and he took off my LT), Dire Wolf hanging by a thread. I would say IS is still viable against clans. It was River City so I had to make use of buildings as cover to negate the lack of range I had, but up close and personal, I put on the hurt.
For the curious, my Orion has: 3xML, 1xAC10, 2xSRM6 a STD 300 engine and AMS.

I did drop with three PGI on my team, however, including Brian Buckton. Thanked them all, and reported some issues, such as the Warhawk's glitchy cockpit. They assured me they are working on it.

I did not see anyone from PGI today at all. I did see GM Reppu from IGP though.
That cockpit glitch is annoying, glad it is being worked out. The polygon camo is textureless right now too, fancy "ghost" effect though lol.
Edit: My screenshots did work!

Could do it.. But i have only an Inner Sphere mouse, with only three buttons.. What if i do not want to have my lasers fire togheter with the PPCs?
Have you ever thought of swapping the ER meds for ER small lasers that are basically IS medium lasers?
