Well Falcon on CJF insignia is legit, I have gone and checked the actual bird profile, so it's not a pigeon as some stated.

I thou understand concerns of colorful design, but I think they do the same approach as they did with Clan mech - they all shiny and new, like if just came from factory.

And IS will have it's a bit dirty oldish looks do the centuries of war and struggles.

I'm not terribly shocked - we did see a slight simplification on the house logos - and the house emblems were pretty simple to begins with.

What does confuse me is added complexity. The old GB, W, JF and SJ logos are simpler than what they gave us.

Well, I really like the Clan logo reboot.

If you notice, all of the Icons for all of the factions are easy to use just spray them on things your Unit/Clan owns. Simple, with straight lines, militaristic.

These new ones are comic book faces.

I do like the Falcon, although apparently it forgot it was holding a sword and is now just landing on its perch at the side of the pool.

The wolf has eyes? Kills it. Makes it A wolf, not the symbol of a faction. SJ and GB are a joke, when I look at them. I'm very sorry because I like art.

Why take time to do this?

I think they are alright, except for the change to the iconic, blocky wolf logo. I agree with Technoviking in liking the Jade Falcon logo. I would like a Comstar logo added though. I know it isn't quite to the unveiling of their forces yet in the timeline, but it's always been my favorite of the post-star league logos.

Wish they would have stuck with the original Wolf logo. That icon was perfection.

I know some Clans will not be invading so soon, but could we have a "generic Clan faction logo" with the dagger star for players of the missing Clans?

A thousand times this. That was heraldry, a symbol, but this one is just a picture. Much too expressive to be actually intimidating, or inspiring for that matter. The original was a symbol of a WARRIOR in the purest sense (no offence to other Clans), but this is a symbol of a deranged oppressor. Not exactly a Warden symbol, quineg?

I'd like that too, however we don't really have an Icon that is just the general Inner Sphere either....I think it's a little early for the republic of the Sphere icon too.

In more words : Don't meddle with things that don't need meddling, and don't spring it on the community like this. Need I remind you how the community reacted to the Unseen/Reseen art changes.....this is worse since it didn't NEED changing.

I am so glad to see there is already a topic about this. Why would you change the clan logos, the originals look so much better. The new ones just look like they are from a cartoon, and would look terrible stenciled onto a mech. I didn't even like the minor changes to the Successor State logos but at least the left FRR, Draconis Combine, and Lyran Commonwealth pretty much alone. Someone butchered the clan ones. I would love to hear the reasoning behind the change, and unless they change back I guess I'll stick with Steiner or Kurita,

I like how you are going about doing this, however be sure to them in a way that doesn't make the question biased.

Well they said they might have 3 more. However Nova cats all the others will probably not be available. I'd pick Goliath Scorpion if they ever let us have the option though.
