I think i might turn the LRM boat into an SRM boat.

Any ideas on the other variants?

I haven't played my Kitfox on the main server yet, but on the test server I ran my prime with 2xErLL, 2xMGs with 1t ammo (S side torsos with a JJ in each) and the C arm for 3xAMS w/ 1.5t ammo and ecm, i believe the armor was maxed or near maxed. It was pretty successful, clan ERs are brutal.

I was thinking 2 ERLL but thats a lot of face time to get full damage for a slow light.

Yeah that was a downside, but I personally found the increased damage and range made it worth it. But to each their own. I did also play Skexy's build above but with 3 smalls, it was a ton of fun

Pretty much any kit fox with the C arm and ECM on it is alright. It's a pretty good idea to start with that and go from there.

On a side note, if you mount CUAC/2s in the KFX-S side torsos, you can actually see them above you when you're piloting it, and that's freakin' neat.

It is a little light on the heatsinks, but its basically a modified loadout from my ecm spider (erppc, 2slas). Add in 3 ams (with 2.5 tons of ammo), and swap out the slas for cermlas. Downside is it isn't as fast, but more of ment to provide cover for the main group.

I ran mine with 2x er ll, ssrm6 with 2ton ammo, ECM and a single JJ. Was having okay-ish results with 250 average damage over the 5 games I played.
