not viable at all - you can only fit 153/210 pts of armor with that build. UAC5 is all you can get. This mech can't even support 2UAC2's by themselves (same tonnage as 1 uac10, not to mention the other weapons) without serious drawbacks.

So far I had the best results with:

1x cUAC/5 w/ 1.5 tons
3x cERSL
ECM
3x AMS w/ 1 ton
1x JJ
Targeting Computer Mark I
As much armor as possible.

I haven't tried 2 cERPPC+ECM yet, that sounds fun.

I don't know that the drawbacks are SERIOUS, but I ran a 2UAC2 build for a couple days and found that with 3 tons of ammo and 2 CERSmalls I could still run full armor, but my biggest problem was jams and being able to fire off all that ammo throughout the match. I usually finished with 150-250 damage just because there weren't enough opportunities to fire on enemies without putting myself too much in the line of fire.

A substituting in a UAC10 would have range problems, but you wouldn't have to worry about not being able to spend all that ammo. Still, I'll agree that there are definitely more efficient ways to build the little 30 tonner.

From another post
http://mwomercs.com/...x-prime-builds/

I present:
The RiotFox

Kitfox D arms
Max armor(is a must)

4x SRM6
8.5 tons ammo

Go Go Gadget Shotgun of Justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first ever 900 damage match was with this build.
A @48 damage alpha. From a little puny Kitfox. Said no Dire Wolf evar!!!

The name is RiotFox? Why not SplatFox?

Because.

Riot implies shotgun, shield, tight formations, slow movement. All which you have.

Slow movement? Yes. Well for a FPS it is. In BT, it was kinda fast. Do NOT battle with other lights, leave that to the ssrm carriers.
Shotgun. Yes SRM24, yes have some.
Shield? Herr Inspektor, your mech has no shield arm or lag shields, you fail. Ahh but i does have shield. It is my big heavy teammates! And terrain. Terrain is shield for sneaky and tricky Fox.
Tight formations? Yes, you need to hug the assaults and heavies. You are no scout. No EMC and slow. Strength in numbers and let them do all the work to strip armor. When armor is gone, you roll a natural 20 on your Shotgun Of Justice and blast them into the bottom of the underhive.

RiotFox is OP but not for everyone. You must be Quick to act, but slow to anger. Wild in boldness, yet strong in patience. Elegant in movement, yet careull in exposure.
Your speed will not get you out of a bad situation and SRM24 is an up close proposition. Choose your strikes wisely, Daniel San.
Now there IS a problem with the Riotfox.
You carry 8.5 tons of ammo. Clan gets free CASE but its not enough. YOU WILL GET HURT BAD when you get hurt.

Dont alpha all 4 SRM's. Ghost heat is unkind and it helps to have one cocked ready for anything who wants to get in your way...Ember, i mean you! I will takes your armor and cut your criticals!

To avoid pain and hurt, one must embrace inner FOX spirit! Be tricksy. Be false. Let others do heavy lifting. Hide most of the time. When rooster looks away, shoot his back! With SRM24's! Much Justice!!!
You will never buy an LBX evar again. Remember, about 90-150 meters is when to strike. Closer if you can get it.

If you like big risk, big reward, are tricky, and dont mind ammo explosions, RiotFox might be for you.

You do realize that the Targeting computers do not do anything at the moment? So its a waste of space.

Kit Fox Anti-Missle Platform

and

Kit Fox Tiny-Mighty Support (I use this one the most)

The reasoning for the 1/2 tons of MG ammo on each side torso is because if one torso gets blown off, you still have ammo in the other torso to run the machine gun with. Saved my ass a couple times.

Cannot say for LRMfoxes, but the cheesy-as-hell ECM sniper seems to be doing fine.
ERPPC, 2ERML, 2MG, 2JJ, ECM, 3AMS (C right arm, S side torsos)

Find some friends and stick with them - they will appreciate ECM/AMS support, and you take shots with the ERPPC. The medium lasers and machine guns are surprisingly effective at exploiting openings in enemy armour made by your PPC (and your bigger friends).
Runs a little hot, but not too bad.

i run dual lrm 5s and dual lrm 10s and a beagle probe on my D and have done real well with it considering its a light LRM boat. just over 1k missles (6.5t) means im never going to do really high damage but ive had plenty of 400-500 damage games and its been my most consistent kfox.

I've had wrecked face with:

1 UAC 2
ECM
JJ
2 CEML
ACTIVE PROBE
ADVANCED ZOOM

I skulk about Ultra AC2ing everyone, the CERML really compliment this, and no heat.

First time out, 2 kills 3 assists 1,200 XP
It might not sound extreme on paper, but it never runs out of ammo or overheats

kitfox is one of the few lights that can really do anything (except chase down other lights)

it seems like its really ment to be a gap filler, need alittle extra range Firepower? go ERLL or larger caliber AC
need short range cover for slower assaults? ERML, MG or SRM's
indirect Long range? LRM's
support? ECM with 3 AMS and weapons of choice.

ECM, 3 JJs, ERPPC and 2 SSRM4s

This should be used for LR sniping and providing ECM coverage to heavier mechs. The 2 SSRM4s are for the inevitable rush by IS lights.

SRM4? No, SRM6's. You know you want to...
Earlier today i was escorting a catapult and a jenner thought he would be cute and harass the heavy with all his flashy jump brawls. He flat ignored me in my RiotFox.
I smacked him with one dose of the shotgun of justice and he lost all CT and RT armor.
He quickly ran off.

Something to remember, Clan AMS ammo comes 2000 rounds to the ton, twice as much as IS ammo.

The CESSL build for the kit fox is good. It can leg a cicada at 1100 meters away in three alphas. It can't be seen at 890 meters away where it's erlarge lasers do the most damage. It has 33 points of damage that will punch through the cockpit of a mech no matter how much armor it had.

I like it so much I made a video of it.
