As long as it adds to, rather than subtracts from, the immersion. A sidearm, perhaps a survival knife, House-appropriate stuff (or even Regiment-appropriate stuff), etc. The Hula girl and fuzzy dice (and Urbie bobblehead) would be nice for subtle forum jokes, but not everyone's taste. Still, the more options the better.
