- Module system changed to in a negative way
-> I cannot run the number of mech modules I was promised to during the set up of the clan mechs
- Introduction of StrikeWarrior and Desync lottery
-> it is rare that a game evolves, in which I do not experience eitjer way
- a massive number of arty/airstrikes
- several times of desync which leave me all of a sudden
- unable to react/act
- *awaking* being dead or seriously damaged
now
- suicide cooking of weapon system
by far the worst change I have ever experienced
- a total uselessnes of weapons which are supposed to be superior to the IS versions.
- not only did they take much longer to inflict damage, now they
need nearly double the time
produce that much heat if using more than one
I think with those weapons in lore, Phelan would have defeated Vlad in his first engagement even with a single small laser.
Summary of my thoughts:
These are not the mechs/systems I paid money for to play....they have been nerfed into trash.
Please tell me how I can get a refund

As a different example of the same concept, does the IS ML being superior to the IS SPL at nearly all times make the IS ML OP? Yeah, that's a pretty drastic example (borderline hyperbole), but the idea is the same.

I know right. Communication of late was just getting to fantastic unimaginable levels but then this happens with the cERLL nerf and it feels like the old dark ages again.

PPCs. I understand that ppl feel they need to be desync from Gauss. This only puts a bandaid on the real issue witch is convergence. That has always been the problem. But, in great style that we have came to expect instead to the small changes that were stated, it's hot with a 40% reduction in speed. In who's world is 40% a small change? Did we not learn with the LRM speed changes that doing to much to fast is not the way to do things?
A simpler fix would have been to add the charge mechanic of the Gauss to PPCs, then pool PPCs and Gauss together so that you can only fire 2 total at a time, 2 PPCs, 2 Gauss, or 1 PPC and 1 Gauss. This fixes the issue of any mech being able to fire 2 PPCs and 2 Gauss together in an alpha. That is the goal correct? To remove the Direwolfs ability to alpha these weapons together......
Simple..... Easy..... Appropriate........
But, the bigger issue of the changes.... The Clan ERLL, omfg what have you done...... You have totally mutilated this weapon. Again, full ******, in triplicate.....
Adding Ghost heat after 1 laser is unacceptable unless applied to I.S. LL/ERLL as well, even the it's unacceptable. Increasing the burn time by 25%, 2 seconds to apply full damage, This leaves any user of this weapon full exposed and faceing forward to enemy fire for a unreasonable amount of time. Small changes? Now, the minor heat increase, here is a perfect example of a small change. Plus 0.5 heat.
ALL THIS ASIDE......
Isn't there a f###ing test server to TEST this stuff before randomly adding this is what is now a live game. Making changes like this is what a beta or test servers are for.... Not a live game that people are paying money into.
I wish my words and the words of all the other players here, and other feedback threads would be viewed by someone that wanted feedback, not the blind, deaf, and or uncareing.

CERLL Nerf = A bit strong. Needed, but let us scale back that ghost heat, good god. Let us fire 2 without penalty or make it minimal ghost heat. Make it skill based, yes, do not make it unusable please.

I've given you guys the benefit of the doubt many times, frequently because I'm a game dev and know that what you do is harder that what you get credit for. This is the first thing that makes me regret the $100s I've dropped.

anyhow, Paul, you've completely ignored the fact that you just nerfed the H*LL out of those that DON'T boat the weapon. You did this while simultaneously nerfing stock clan build by "boating" TWO lasers???? really??? bravo sir. well played

2) Gauss/ER-PPCs are long range weapons. This means: Long range, low DPS. This means: Long range, high speed (at least AC/5 speed) but also a loooong reload time. Desync by energy-drain mechanic in point 1.
Listen to your community PGI. There are many intelligent people and btw... we are also the customers.
Also: I do not see any problems with the Clan ER-LL? A little bit more base heat: Okay. Like +0.5 or so.
