Read again. Some trial mechs qualify. Firestarter, victor, orion and some others.

where are The Death Knell and Heavy Metal. The only two canon hero mechs (AFAIK) which are part of House Steiner, 22nd Skye Rangers and Snord's Irregulars respectively.

I know, and I'm stuck using them against superior mechs. And if I was any good with any of the eligible trial mechs I would already own one.

Gah! no wonder I am missing at least 4 kills, the second battlemaser I started grinding (1D) is not listed.

Luckily made up for that with my first match in a 1S

I have taken full advantage of this sale. Already my `Mech bays have been filled by more than three more `Mechs so far. All Stalkers. After that, getting the my Commandos. I'm surprised that not all the Commando `Mechs went on sale, only the 2D and 3A variants. Oh well.

What, can't kill faster than I can with my 30 LRM spread damage? Get good. I think I picked up 4 assists for every kill I got, for obvious reasons. LRMs do not a focused killshot make.

On other thoughts, there was plentiful numbers of chassis that really did not have any reason to have a Steiner stamp on them. I think it felt more like an attempt to dilute the queue with stuff that many people wouldn't normally drop into a fight with, especially when a "Steiner" challenge had ZERO ATLASES in it.

The -D in the Atlas-D is for "Son, I am "D"isappoint."

Bit of a challenge to the casual gamer - I had to put a lot of time in. It was only because my son was away with his mum that I could put the time in.

Next time, lower the kills or make assists count as partial kills. 4 assists = 1 kill.
