Just sent in an application. I've been anxious to join an active group for a while now and CGBI seems to be a great one. I kept thinking my interest in MWO might dwindle over time, but after more than one year of active playing, I'm enjoying it more than ever. And while I've been largely inactive in these forums, I'm spending a ton of time in game. The launch of CW also seems to be right time to jump in for realsies. I think I've also stumbled into you multiple times today. Looking forward to making first contact and finding out if we fit together!

And already had my interview and now hold the proud title of Sibkin - that went really fast! I look very much forward to dropping with you guys and getting to know CGBI better.

I have just one more question before I move over to the official forums: Will I eventually get an invitation to the in-game Unit? Or does that not happen until I've passed the trial of entrance? I've checked a few threads but could not find a clear answer on this.

If you have not already, log into the game and jump on TS. We will get you in and on to the next phase: the Trial of Entry. The next one will be on Monday night, so start practicing!

Is this Trial of entry is the same as the Trial of Bloodright?

No. It is basically our version of the Trial of Position. You fight a mechwarrior or higher rank and if you win you get the mechwarrior rank. If you lose you get to try again at a later date.

A trial of Bloodright is for earning a Bloodname.

Sibkin is given to people that have been with CGBI after ther application process has been accepted. a Sibkin is concidered a memeber of the clan. After two weeks of them being a Sibkin they can try thier hand at a ToE (Trial of Entery) againtst a MW or above to be come a full member of the clan. after that and they have been in the clan for a while and are not a Freebirth they can try and win a blood name from the trial of bloodright.
