No.
I'm arguing that sync dropping, if it even really happens with the alarming frequency the OP claims, has had zero effect on my play in the solo queue (as someone who actually plays regularly in said queue) and therefore this thread is just an exercise in the time-honored and thickly neckbearded tradition of online citizen policing. No different than the guy who threatens to report you in chat for swearing, points it out in the eula, quotes a dev, and emails support about it. And ultimately just as relevant.
So basically your logic is that since it doesn't bother you, then it shouldn't bother any one. Also, anyone that disagrees with you is <insert insult here>.
Wow, very mature. Please stop trying to help. We don't need or want your attitude here.

38 pages of round and round. Its a non issue if some are to be believed except its such a non issue its gone 38 pages in a short time.
I would like to personally thank those who have spent 38 pages defending a non issue. You guys do a thankless job. Well the synch droppers (imaginary) thank you I am sure.
Did it ever occur to you that we think it's nonsense, and if you get your way it would hurt the game or impact how we play even if we don't engage in said activity?
One doesn't have to engage in an activity, or even support it, to be opposed to sanctions on it. I oppose murder, but I don't think killing everyone who hits someone else as a method of getting rid of murderers is a good idea.

Maybe after 38 pages PGI will comment on their position over this.
Like SC says for most people its pretty clear. Solo means solo. Attempting to get around this whether real or imagined is skirting the rules and certainly the intent of splitting ques. Not real hard to understand unless you have a horse in the race you need to defend.
Again, doesn't have to be the horse you think it is. Maybe I am just defending my right to sell ice cream at the race?

And yes I am a disabled vet. I fired real guns in real combat and took a blast to the head. My vision comes and goes. Somedays i can play well others i cant. Not going to cripple a team carrying me on my bad days so I stay solo. Sorry it bothers you that its the case but I have earned my right to exist with blood and my right to give my opinion.
If, and I do mean if, this is true, then I take back any cracks or insults about you related to vision. It wasn't exactly sporting of me to start with, but this would make it over the top. As to crippling a team, the right group wouldn't feel that way.

Its a game, not life or death so there is absolutely no reason for anyone to think that fair play should be abandoned for the sake of competition or profit in an imaginary world. Maybe spend some time spotting yourself when people are really trying to kill you and you will see how silly and weak willed it is to chase advantage in a GAME.
Same reasons as in the real world, only with less consequences, both to keep and toss ethics.
Weak willed? Hardly. It's a game, can't say that makes it meaningless and then attach meaning to it.
I have limited play time, so yes I take advantage of situations on occasion. Found a AFK/Disco? Yes I know the "right" thing to do is take a head shot and move on, but unless the game is really close, I will usually take the time to dismember it to maximize the XP/C-bill reward.
Does that make me weak willed? Or just a busy guy who wants to minimize the time spent in a mech I plan to sell as soon as I finish the pilot skills?
