You people's reading comprehension is really that bad? Russ' post is quite clear and understandable. I mean no offense to non-native English speakers, but PGI does translate stuff in the other-language forums and there is Google Translate.

Can you please make something into our profile, so its easyer to us to check what we afford with the actual purchases we have made, and actually check if we are not missing any free stuff?

For example, I dont recall or I cant check in an easyer way if Im elegible for the CN9-AH, can you add something in my profile to see if I have to buy MC, you know, like a check list

Founders package ----------- Check
Clan Invasion package ----- Check

etc. etc. etc.

This will help us to ensure we can get everything and you will receive more money.

But
1 year, still n pplanet capture. You shuld have had at least a simplified version of that at Rev 1.0 .. And instead you announce ypu will sell more clan robots?

Fantastic! I must say this warms my heart. I'm glad I didn't give up on this game. I apologize if I have seemed a bit rough in the past. We are ALL very excited. Some of us don't want to admit it. So I'll do it for them. Way to go!!!!!

The only suggestion I would have at this point in time. As other players have asked. Is some way to tell what we need to work on for the full benefits of this anniversary. Any help you can give, would be greatly appreciated. =]

I don't know about the pre-order bit, but I'm sure "top tier" refers to the Masakari pack.
