Well after actually playing clan mechs on the last test server that were higher than my summoner pack I realized that I didnt really have any interest in any of them outside the lrm stormcrow but my summoner can go all lrm if I choose. SO YAY for the KING CRAB, I only have the elite/locust/summoner level packs so no hero crab for me but at least I have something to aim for in the long run and I should hopefully have the ingame money when January rolls round.

Ok, so, question: did they do a stat-tracking reset at some point? I haven't played since a bit after the pheonix packs came out, but I am a founder and played quite actively at the start, so I'm pretty sure I've gotten over 100 games played. When I log into my account here on the forums though, it says I've only played 22 matches, which I know can't be true or there's no way I'd have been able to afford the mechs I have. If they did a stat reset at some point, is there any way I can check how many I've played total?

Have to admit im very tempted on the top tier for the new clan pack, very nice of you guys Russ to make this gesture to long term players / customers. Especially the founders, those guys really deserved a pick me up of some kind

This is awesome, i just hope this trend of communication continues and it's not just the usual small spurt we get before a new pack goes on sale. Please prove me wrong on this

My amazement grew as I read through each subsequent appreciation reward. Very generous indeed!

I am looking forward to seeing many players return to the game, hopefully they will agree that a new era of communication and customer focus is taking place and will stick around.

This along with all the activities taking place in the last month gives me reason to look forward again with cautious optimism. I'm willing to let the past go.

PGI still has their work cut out for them, but they seem to be building a foundation that will meet a level of reasonable expectation from a good portion of their customer base.

Hello devs! I have a question. I bought the top tier Phoenix package, and I got the Timber wolf clan package and got the Masakari via La carte, will I still get the Mad dog and things even though I didn't buy the Masakari via the whole bundle? I'd really appreciate getting the mad dog since I bought all of the clan mechs. Thank you!

If I were you, I would send customer service an email. One would think you should if you bought them all.

All sounds really awesome but I'm a little annoyed you have to buy ALL the clan mechs to get the Ultimate Clan Reward.

I had gotten the full Phoenix and Saber packages and up to the DireWolf package and was going to buy some of the other clan mechs for Cbills.

I would maybe buy the 2nd wave if they took into account the other packages people had paid for in the past for the clan reward but with the other items its still pretty good.

meh, ghost heat is fine. Most peeps who I have noticed that still complain about it either want to boat 12 PPCs, or just need to l2p and adapt to it. And please do not say most players, there is a significant lack of backing to that statement since only you and a couple others still talk about it.

I am excited for this announcement though. I hate to go against my word when I stated I would think hard about buying again when the hidden nerfs were put into test servers. That still bothers me, but unlike the quoted above. I still love this game and love the new direction and open ess you are now taking. My masa package is now being upgraded.

All in all, pretty awesome. I'm not gonna read 23 pages to see if these were answered yet, so I just have two questions.

One: Any way to see if we qualify for the "100 matches" reward? I'm pretty sure I do, since it's from last year, but I'd be inclined to play a few more matches to get it, if I knew I wasn't going to.

Two: I (as evidenced by the badge) picked up the Phoenix Overlord pack. Does that qualify for both the "pre-purchase" and "top tier pre-order" rewards? My assumption is yes, but just want to clarify.
