that is absolutely amazing, and much love and respect I have for the guys responsible for this. And I really don't mean to look a gift horse in the mouth, but there's one little thing bugging me. Basically if I read correctly, people who have bought exclusively clan packages are those who receive everything including the much coveted hero vulture. People who have purchased top tier founders and phoenix and then proceed to purchase lower tiers/ala carte clan packages would have been better off purchasing purely clan packages. (correct me if I read wrong/am mistaken) I am aware that everything is a gift and I'm really grateful, but this is one little thing that's bugging me.

One thing though the CN9-AH isn't a new variant it was part of the beta version of the game but was removed with the introduction of the yen-lo-wang since it was too similar

I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to take advantage of the 50% off mechbay sale weekend if my MC purchase isn't going through...

I feel that there will be major issues for people trying to buy whatever they want tomorrow... based on the current support backlog and the purchasing system not working the way it should...

I've always thought there should be a tag awarded at certain levels of drops reached. ... ie 5000, 10000, 20000, 50000, 100,000 Something like that. give folks a bone to look forward to for grinding.

What I want to do is purchase the Timber Wolf a la carte. It doesn't state whether I will qualify if I purchase it now, after the pre-order has already been fulfilled. I'd hate to make that mistake. If the Timber Wolf doesn't qualify, I'll probably consider the Wave 2 pre-orders.

Who are you and what have you done with the real PGI? Seriously though, this is an amazing gesture of goodwill towards the player base and I for one welcome it.

One thing I wonder about though, for the eligibility of the Top Tier reward it says "This reward is for anyone who purchased a Top Tier Package in any of our pre-order programs." Does this mean that the top tier package had to have been ordered during the pre-sale period or at any point while it has been available? For example: If I had purchased the Timberwolf prior to the June 17th release date and I now upgraded to the Warhawk would I be eligible to receive the Top Tier Reward?
