The Op had 2 premises. One was the strangle of Igp done away with, and the other was ackowledgment of the white knight side of things. I am guessing when he said vindicated, the white knight standpoint since late 2013 has held firm. While the black knight POV is slowly diminishing. That is what I think.

We are cruelest to the things we love. This explains a lot of the players view to PGI. This also explains why White Knights go after those same players.

I think we need a more colorful chess board if White And Black are the only shades allowed in this game. I rather want to be a Green Knight (it's my favorite color).

Am I a PGI White Knight? Yes in a sense. I support the game and continue to offer feedback on the major topics and decisions in the game but I don't rubber stamp a YES Let's Do It on every thing:

- 3PV I was fine with except in 12 mans

- ER LL nerf with reduced range, extra heat, and 2s beam duration was not happy with

- ECM I felt it had to be one or the other not function both as Angel and Guardian

But I like the game and always hoped that it would go on and still patiently wait on CW and other features to be added along the way. Just wished it didn't take as long as it did. I've done my contributions in MC purchases and package purchases, just not at the very top in Founders and Clan. So I hope this game continues to grow.

Here's the thing. Look back through post histories of "black knights", no matter how constructive you were, no matter how many points and facts you showed and made, you were labelled a black knight. I've literally been called a white knight, black knight, and entitled founder all in the same thread because I didn't agree with any of the cheerleaders in it, any of the haters in it, or any of the non-founders in it and when I gave an opinion on it that didn't "pick sides" I got labelled as all 3 by every group there.

I usually am objective in my approach to dealing with things. Green knight is not a bad way to go, I dont want to be a copy. So red is my favorite color so I will try to be a red knight.

Har, that is why i was so fed up back in 2013.

There is no value is generalizing and placing people into 'buckets'. Arguments and Criticism need to be supported by facts and persuasive points rather than your position on that particular topic.

Only thing I really did was label myself and express my giddiness; and in retrospect there was a slight "told you so" feel to my OP, but overall it wasn't accusatory and in your face as some feel. Can't please everyone I guess.

I agree but to be honest in mixed pugs, I never saw it as an issue. And it never was an issue. But when you had 8 / 12 people all on comms, certain maps with certain spots were a problem and we saw some of them that people posted with screen shots.

Community Warfare with the 10 maps they currently have? These current maps, because we all know them so well, render Role and Information Warfare moot.

At least 10 more are needed - and not seasonal reskins of 4 or 5.

Yeah but 3rd really isn't giving much of an advantage. They did a pretty good job in balancing that aspect. I mean I can see that 3rd person drone, I know you're there. You definitely aren't doing combat in 3rd person. I guess it really helps the lights the most, being that they can peek without having to expose.
