I like it. It seems like a pretty legit challenge. Pretty sure I got at least one match that qualifies for the Cbills.

Is there somewhere I can check my progress though? Nevermind, found it on the Tourny page.

The special rewards do not show up till it is all over

I didn't see this stated yet, but do you get the bonus C-bills if you drop in with a group? I know the tournament doesn't count, but do the c-bill bonuses? I want to keep dropping in with a friend, but won't if it denies me hard won c-bills.

Out of my last 7 games, I've had at least 3 qualifying matches. Only one is questionable, as it was right on the edge with the damage calc. A 4th was with a friend dropping in with me. I guess if no one knows, I'll have an answer soon...

It only definitively says solo match count for the contest, not the c-bill bonus.

Your score from the contest is what GIVES the C-Bill bonus

That's what I suspected, but I just wanted clarification. I think my friend and I will just play solo just in case.

Well the answer should be easy enough to find. Opt into the Tournament,(just to be safe have your buddy opt in too.) 2. drop with your buddy and figure up your score at the end of the match you play. If its better than 130pts and your team won, go back to the Tournaments page you should still be logged in. Hit the refresh button in 15mins and it should show you a win and 500,000 cbill's earned.

My only issue with these events is that they require a lot of pugging, and to be honest I havent dropped with a good pug group in months. Add to that the people you play with are based on your Stats, and well lets say that the past few events have really knocked me down alot. Wish there was something for those of us who are getting trounced left and right. I have no problem doing over 150 damage, heck I usually do around 250, but winning? Thats a team effort and honestly thats been rather lacking as of late.
