I like what you did with the armor levels for that extra half ton of SRM ammo. Though you should probably put that half ton of srm ammo into either your srm side (to try and hide it from crit rolls.) and because the game will use that half ton first to fuel your shots, rendering the ammo "safe" after 5 srm volleys, since ammo will work from the top down to your legs and empty it out first. (Thus moving the full ton of srm ammo into your legs where the half ton once resided.)
If I get tired of that little bit of extra armor I will probably swap to those armor levels. +1
(I've noticed that around 6 head armor is the magic number to not get blown away from random arty shells, and you could possibly steal a point from the rear armor of your ST's if you're especially daring, but I wouldn't do so myself [I run roughly 3 rear armor points for reference])
Edit: For those that don't like running an XL in their Cents, I also prefer running a standard engine in my cents, but I found that I was dying near instantly, and most commonly, from CT loss, if / or after ST loss. That is to say, I was usually dying right after I lost a side torso, so it only bought me a couple of seconds at best. Thus moving to an XL gave me the added mobility to help avoid the damage that would end me in a slower engine. To those that were wondering: Yes, I was twisting, usually my entire left side would evaporate, all the way down to and including my CT.
The extra speed is also very nice for coring out someones rear armor in this mech.
To those that look at this and disregard it because "the YLW is taking care of my AC20 needs" look at this mech as a joining of the YLW and the CN9-A. You get the AC20, and (most) of the SRM's. You lose the two flimsy CT Mlas, but gain the "real" punch that each mech carried, all rolled into one.
