Ok, nearly there, FULL POWER.
1kph, 8kph, 16kph, nearly there.... 25kph.... Boom, screwed over by some nerd's artillery.
Honestly, arty/airstrike is the cheapest, most lame weapon in the game.

Your dire is no slower then my Atlas-S. So don't whine to me about getting smoked. As long as you see it you can waddle away as easily as I do. And if you don't see it... Well good job for the spotter.
Also why in the world are you standing still in a Dire anyway? Being a turret is fail tactics in MW:O!

So what you should always steam ahead and die in a blaze of guns rather than suppresion fire and hold a position while your team flanks?

What you can't move laterally to the engagement front? Or move back and forth 15-40 meters so you do not present a stationary target?

Well no mech can move laterally, idk what game you playing but o move sideways i'd have to turn 1st, Please let me know how you do this move laterally without lossing you los to where your keeping the enemy pinned down.
Back and forth? Again i ask what game are you playing as every DWF player knows some moron is going to be dry humping your legs so you can't move backwards.
Geez wake up and smell the roses mate thjis is MWO in a DWF, not some bloody locust you must obviously drive

Well in DWF it is pretty hard to move laterally because of that ****** 60 degrees torso twist but yeah moving a bit is usually good idea (but we shouldn't tell these top secret maneuvers to just anyone you know...)

As for getting hit by artillery as a dire wolf...okay? And? You have the armor of a 100tonner, and the firepower of a 125tonner. An arty strike is barely going to scratch you, suck it up.

it's pretty simple, you can have a 100 ton mech, with insane weaponry & armour, or you can have maneuverability, not both.
Maybe you're just upset because someone killed you with an artillery strike just before you posted? Well, suck it up and stop running to the forums to complain every time a match doesn't go your way.

People still think the DWF is some sort of stomping invincible killing machine?
I want that mech in ur sig.
Ofc make it the Clan version so I can mount Clan ERPPC and an SRM6 on it....

Um.. torso twist max then to a lil two step. Yeah my Locust looks like this. I am no faster than a Dire Wolf and I avoid lots of arty. LOTS, I have no sympathy for the turret player.

Well, it's what I prefer doing, anyway. One of the few reasons to take an Atlas over a Dire Whale, bar ECM. Imagine the outright horror if a Dire could upgrade their engine..*shudder*
