Greetings Wolves.

We all can see what Community Warfare looks like. And now, i think is time to make decision. Are Clan Wolf will fight as joint forces or we play everyone for itself.

For communicate i propouse create Wolf Coucil. Any unit, listed in Clan Wolf Toumen thread - http://mwomercs.com/...an-wolf-touman/ and have at least 25 active players nominate 2 players which will represent that unit in Concil. Each of him will have 1 vote. All council member will vote for any question which concern entire Clan Wolf. The decision made by council surely for all. Anyone, who disagreed with decision can call to Trial of Refusal. Winning in that trial cancel decision of council.

What do you think about that ?

For now, I see numbers of question for council. For example:

1. Friends and foe. Shall we fight with other Clans or Is only
2. Defend oure territory. Outpost and Skallevoll. Shall we take it back and what will we do in case of any Clan agression
3. Defending against IS. Who will protect our territory in general
4.Making combat group. For improvent oure efforts i propouse create 4 combat groups. Each of it will contain number of units from different time zones. This give us posibility attack enemy all time. this combat group will be rotated each week. For example. Group 1 attack Rasalhague at week 1. Than group 1 attack Stainer at week 2. Defend oure planets at wek 3. Placed at reserve at week 4. Placed in reserv mean that unit from group can attack or defend any allowed territory of oure enemy as the wish. Or the can be used to counter attack if any Clan wish take oure territory.

This and other qustion need to be solved as fast as posible.

We can (and do) communicate and coordinate. Formal things like councils are good to create strife and drama. Better to keep it friendly, casual, and above all SIMPLE.

Internationaly Clan Wolf is already loosely connected via our Galaxy approach. I think we should continue this way, make the appointed next step and plan the invasion. We would gladly send two Wolfs from our Touman.

Concerning matters with other Clan factions like the Jade Falcons... Well, that's difficult, as we (Clan Wolf Germany) are RPG Players and therefore our goal is Terra and by BTU, we have an IlKhan...but sadly not in reality.

Maybe we should see, if the other clan factions also have a Clan Council and if so, start talking with them.

Good.
In this time Wolf loose another planet. And we will see lots of drama after loosing all of it. I agreed that frendly and simple are good. But time to unite. Time to act together.

Anyway RCW ready to communicate with any wolf unit to coordinate efforts with or without council.

Just pointing it out as the collective effort of CWI is not only to be attributed to Alpha Galaxy alone, but equally to Omega and Kappa Galaxies as well.

I have to disagree. Our "communication and coordination" is next to non-existant. So why not bunch up into a simple council, and still keep it simple? Just make a vote, have it open for a day, or few hours, which unit did not vote in that period, is ok with any decision the council has made in the end.

Its up to the other galaxies.Theta Galaxy currently communicate a lot with the CWI so that we can manage to invade at the same time. Delta reached us yestarday and we are gona start coordinate with them aswell. Im not sure the council will help as much as he can damage.

Not the comms but the council.Happend to me before in other games. I would love all to get along,but we all know thats something hard to achieve.Simple comms and organized atacks will do the job from my point of view.Im up for further discuss tho.

In my eyes, that is the main purpose of the council. To strengthen our communications and organize our attacks/defenses. I am not saying I would do everything exaclty like its suggested by the OP. But I do think we need a "centralized point" where we communicate and organize everything, until PGI gives us CW faction chat in-game.

On a formal note, Clan Wolf, Gamma Galaxy, 7th Battle Cluster, will take part in the council, and has assigned MechWarrior MAINstream, and myself, StarCommander xfirestorm as formal representatives of our Cluster.

Touman states your peak time 2am GMT, right? Ours is 6pm GMT, but we usually play long into the night.

No one is saying not to act together. Don't be silly and dramatic. You're proving my point and condemning anyone who doesn't want to play along.

Just as long as we all work together; I play EVE Online, and I've seen "councils" and alliances assemble and fall in the same breath because people get too hot-headed or egotistical.

Go in with an objective, willing to negotiate and compromise. We've got a good thing going right now with all major galaxies pushing together and keeping their attitudes in check. Let's keep this stable.

We are Clan Wolf. We solve the disputes in the circle of equals! Might makes right! Who can not subdue to this, is not a Wolf nor a clanner in my eyes.

But yes, there is a chance that this fails catastrophicaly. All we are suggesting is a better way of coordinating and communicating.

Yes. By just asking what everyone else is doing and telling others what you're doing. This is not complicated. Keep it simple.
