great we got puggers throwing matches that's just freaking awesome
Like I said, it won't last. Players like that will get drummed out, and units will take over. Players like that? They're just another vocal minority who want to try and use their "logic" to defend cheating.
If you see players doing that and you see them doing it repetitively, just report them. let PGI looks and see if they have a patter of it and let PGI deal with it. They'll never be a big enough "force" to affect CW in any significant way.
Just like you should really report those advocating "Throwing matches because my employer made me do it" here. Those types of players are what we used to call "rule lawyers" in TT gaming. They think that every rule and loophole should be written specifically otherwise it's "ok" to cheat at them.
Just because it's not "written law" doesn't mean you're not breaking the spirit of the rules.
Like I said, just report dbag players in general. It'll make the whole game much better overall

Too bad they don't set it up similar to the original MW. If you start failing missions, your reputation goes down, and soon no one will hire you or your merc outfit for jobs. There goes your source of income entirely. Maybe you could get a job at Arby's, since they are apparently alive and well in the 31st century.
Your employer hired you to take a planet. He doesn't give a flying duece out of a shaved monkey's @zz how many mechs you kill. He wants the planet.
Use LP in the same way. You start losing a bunch of matches, your reputation gets sunk and your rewards go even lower. Problem solved. Someone should bring that up to Russ tonight. I can't make it to the Townhall
