Only if it does it whenever you get killed.

Without Clint 1.0?

To be honest, i've never been a BIG fan of the Clint.
Prefer Vulcan.
Vulcan is nice.

Justification to put in the Clint as well.

I don't know about it.
Vulcan has a nicer spread of hardpoints (and would require less hardpoint inflation for MW:O), a more interesting design from the aesthetic point of view and somewhat more diverse variants.

Well yes the Vulcan is a more interesting 'Mech, but when it comes to IIC mediums, there are only so many and the Clint IIC is one of the nicer ones.

Of course the Great Wyrm would be fun as it is really a Dragon IIC.

Well, I may be a little biased, but I think Vulcan is one of the few remaining humanoids that offers something new, shape and hitbox-wise.

Agreed! I know the fan pressure will be to great for the Bushwacker as next IS medium mech, but I wish it was the Vulcan instead (pushing Bushwacker one pack further).

Your interpretation is outstanding, Bishop. A (almost) 360º cockpit in the game would be absolutely terrific.

Thanks. Since the Vulcan was designed (poorly, mind you but still was designed for) Urban Combat, I felt that sphere would be extremely helpful for picking out infantry and such beneath, in buildings beside and above. And It's still a smaller target than the Battlemasters dome.

I'm all for more mediums that do not weigh 55 tons. Don't get me wrong, the Bushwacker is a cool 'Mech, but we need more 40 tonners. Vulcan, Sentinel, Clint, Assassin, Whitworth, or Hermes II can all fill the bill. The Cicada is getting lonely. As for the Clint IIC, I was just looking at IIC mediums and the Clint IIC was one of the few I really liked. I mean, look at the Wyvern IIC for example, what is up with the ventilation duct coming off the back?

Speaking of 40 tonners, PGI really needs to put in the Viper.

What we need for mediums is, of course, the 45 ton Phoenix Hawk.

*sob*

Don't mind me. I'll be over in my corner cursing the name of Harmony Gold.

Edit: Also, Bishop's Vulcan is gorgeous. One of my favourite Bishop redesigns.

Considering how large the Nova is (I hope they rescale it very soon), I suppose the Viper would be too big in MWO (because it shares the Nova's legs).
Anyway, I'm advocating the Viper for a long time (see my sig).

Do we really? We've got some 45 tonner already that have a mix of ballistic & energy hard points and jump jets. Only thing the Phoenix Hawk would give is fewer hard points and a bigger engine cap.

Bigger engine cap and a couple less MGs would have made the Arrow perfect, actually.

Fair enough. I suppose the engine cap for a Phoenix Hawk would be somewhere in the 350-380 range. That'd give it a top speed of in the 140-150 range with between 12 & 7.5 tons of room for weapons & jump jets. Well, ok, most people just use one JJ so that's 11.5 to 7 tons...I'd actually use minimum 4, probably more, so less tonnage for me. Still, could mount a bevy of SPLs/MLs or a decent number of MPLs on the thing. Something tells me they probably won't inflate the ballistic points all that much.

That said, there are some interesting variants, ECM & MASC most notably.
