Well, I'll leave this up to you.

Since I think Karmen Baric was the only other person to answer, I'd be totally down with a $20 dollar Standard Pack, and then offering Karmen a $20 Pack of choice. Mind you, your offer/your rules, so I'm just putting that out there.

As for me? Hmmm. I have the basic packs of all the IS mechs.... so would be something for my Clan Acct.... so... idk, I guess the Night Gyr?


*ps: Anyone else find the Old Mech Packs/Jumbo Packs and such...a trifle annoying? (As well as the lack of a la cartes in the gift store)?

1) Because of charge up, it takes a small modicum of skill to use. Thus most people who would be tempted would miss more than 50% of the time, in MWO.

2) Unless it was coordinated highly skilled players, they would probably not all hit the same location, IF they all hit.

3) 1-2 volleys is all you'd get since even with an XL, it'd be slow as heck, with no lagshield, and packing a Gauss. Next to an XL.

Mind you, the Beef would probably still do it. So there is that.

Sadly, the nature of MWO has largely made the Hollander DoA before it's even conceived. Viva la open Mechlab and Instagib, EZmode aiming!

I doubt the Gyr will get BK lvl quirks, the BK got those quirks to save it from the trash heap.

As an aside Odanan, it is very strange seeing you with a Clan Wolf flag.... Almost as strange as it was to see Bishop with a Katura flag for a while....

Can't run XLs, and having STs that make Atlases look like they skipped Pec and Trap day, not really one and the same.

Quirks (or Raven arms) may make another 35-tonner better with it, but for best approximation of the chassi, I don't get why anyone would use something other than the Firestarter to do that.

You could use a Firestarter I suppose, but I think the biggest point of the Hollander is it has a very high mount ballistic for sniping. A Firestarter's ballistic mounts aren't up in the shoulder if I remember.

The Firestarter probably looks the part a bit more, but I think the Raven with the Gauss firing position accomplishes the task closer to how the Hollander does.
