Well with the expected March announcements to include the Mk II, and besides keeping an eye to make sure it is modeled right. I am at a pause as to what I will advocate for and be annoying too >.> on one hand MWO has a few more mechs I want, but Inone are favorites. There is game modes ect, as well....
There is also the need for me to try to tackle Wargaming again with the M60A1 ^.^

forearms are still way too stubby, and the length of the legs and rotation ring area under the "torso" is way too tall. The elbows should be about the same height as the hips, yet aside from the forearms, teh overall upper proportions are good. But the gap between hip and "nose" is HUGE.

Thanks to Tina, we also get a sneak peek at the cockpit too.
Love the yellow spinning "Kill me, please" light on it during the over heat....

Hmmmm...
Animation is really bouncy.
Doesn't look as bad as something like the Direwhale, but seems a bit too bouncy.

Not sure, but if it is, I wonder if other mechs get that yellow light near the cockpit when they over heat too.... Also loved the steam coming out of the nose too....

since I have to play on Medium Settings, I probably would never see those lights if they do, anyhow.

True, but with no "new" mechs coming before that. I said now cause we pretty much are in the post jump announcements.
The only thing we got is what I assume are resistance 1 & 2 Heros. Maybe the Urbie thrown in as well.

Actually, the 3060's mechs are not better than the mechs we have, specially if you could equip the new tech on the old mechs.
It's not the MW4 mechs that I'm looking forward for (even if seeing those iconic designs in the battlefield will be awesome). What I'm looking forward is to run my IS assaults/heavies with LFE, use heavy gauss, heavy lasers, etc...

I do as well, hopefully more build diversity will be a thing. Though when it comes to FW or comp....there will always be the meta....
Just like watching a WoT tourney seeing all auto-loaders cause it's easy, high speed and big quick guns. No skill to hull down defense or positioning ect.

Only if PGI releases the specialized armor types (reflexive, reactive, etc.)... now that will break the meta.

I would love to see that! But imo that would be a curveball approach to it. Like seeing Mr.GARGLES used in the MWO WC by GCB. Shocks the first few teams. But people start learning to adapt.
But that might break the boating mentality. Knowing A. The enemy team could be brining X armor to break it.
I have a feel the meta might switch to mixed builds actually with use of standard or Ferro Fib armor ect just cause it would apply on a less RNG table if that makes sense.

Well the advantage to going to 3060's type tech, is it could make even some dark age mechs viable..
Personally, as much as I love my Bushwacker, I'd drop her in a heart beat for a Gauntlet....
