Looks like a beautiful blending of the Hauptman and Awesome. If they ever implemented the Hauptman into MWO (unlikely unless they forwarded the timeline 10 years), I would want it to look very similar to this. Man, Shimmering Sword is an amazing artist.

The issue with the Victor: the AC/20 arm should lack horizontal movement while the other arm should have full range.
Maybe not a problem if the central cross-hair is for the right arm instead of the torso and the circle arm indicator if for the left arm, but that's just the base variant and I can't tell from sarna if any of the variants have torso mounted weapons. If no torso mounts then everything should work out without changing-up too much of the cross-hair mechanics.

Highlander 733C has only upper arm actuators in its right arm where it mounts an AC 20. Obviously Devs don't think it matters.

IIRC a friend of mine told me it works just as if it had lower arm actuators.

The non-Hero variants only count if they come from this list, or from one of the official TRO or Record Sheet books

The Master Unit List ("MUL") is run by Catalyst Game Labs ("CGL"), the current rights holders to BattleTech - so no 'Mech or item is official until they say so.

EBT, on the other hand, is a fan project, and includes units (that is, 'Mechs) and items that have been actively labeled non-canon (and, therefore, "does not count" as far as MWO is currently concerned) by CGL (such as anything from Mechforce UK).
As such, being on EBT does not make a given 'Mech/variant valid for MWO.
