I just realized with the Quickdraw we'll never see the Dervish. Specifically because the Quickdraw does everything the Dervish does while being 5 tons heavier.

Guess that means Kintaro or Hoplite for our 55 tonner :/

I'm hoping for the Hoplite for the 55 tonner.
All the humanoid mechs are starting to look the same, we need more distinct chassis.

and Alex will do a Phenomenal job... then the 3d artists will take any curved lines he drew and make them a flat series of boxes. (I want to be surprised and impressed, but I'm not that naive.)

The Dervish has at least 4 missile hardpoints. That's a lot more than the Quickdraw.
(But I agree they are in speed, mobility and weaponry, quite similar)

Updated the OP with more predictions about the next mechs. Anything missing?

So it's Vindicator vs Kintaro for now?

Altough Hoplite is a 55 tonner and one of his actually canonically available variants does have ECM...

The Hoplite is a Dragoons-only 'Mech... and even they don't have the ability to construct them (to replace units lost to battle) without access to the Clan homeworlds (which also serves to indicate that no one else in the IS has the ability to construct them, either).
"Selected by the Wolf's Dragoons in the belief that the ancient design wouldn't arouse undue attention, it had the complete opposite effect, and only raised more questions as to the Dragoons' origins when they arrived in 3005. After the mercenaries cut ties with the Clan Homeworlds in 3020, they also lost access to replacement Hoplites, with attrition bringing the design close to extinction by the J***d."
By contrast, PGI has thus far been careful about choosing 'Mechs that can be produced or procured from within multiple factions with relative ease.
As such, it is very unlikely that the Hoplite would be chosen and implemented anytime soon, if ever.
For 55-tonners, that essentially leaves us with the Dervish and the Kintaro.
And if the Dervish is indeed out due to what similarity might be perceived between it and the Quickdraw...

I find the Hoplite very good looking. It's like a smaller King Crab.
(but looks is actually the only reason to have it in the game)

How much craziness can we expect if they announced the UrbanMech for the remaining light?

I'd bet my account on it.
(the Urbie being in that is)

Isn't the HOP-4Bb available only to Clans?

well let's use actual official art......
(ok, I know I cheat by not doing that for the Dervish and URbie, but... they ROCK!)

You did cheat. :)
But as I view, any non-humanoid mech looks good.

Being a Cicada on steroids doesn't mean it is worth having. Since its half the speed and has less firepower.

It would actually be a logical addition. Unique in a serious way, slow even if we gave it a generous engine cap, but balanced with something like 360 deg fast torso twist. Could actually make a decent brawler (assuming raised engine cap allowing it to make some decent speed).
