That's why a lot of people want the the Hammerhands in MWO, because it looks the part, even if it packs AC/10s in its arms and its lighter brother the Battle Axe is the PPC wielding one.

Theyre all pretty good. Though a few of the homonid mechs are just not my cup of tea. Mainly the Commando and Centurion. God awful interpretation. Its subjective though. The Raven and Cataphract are my favorites. I also think the Banshee looks a little too much like a Grasshopper. But most of them are darned nice. Altogether a very solid pack.

I actually didnt like the old Kintaro for instance, now its pretty darned slick. The Victor as well.

why are all clan mechs so ugly? Well, granted, most of the mechs from the 3050 source book are...lacking. I suppose they're better than the 2750 mechs though. Still...well, I guess that the SLDF took only military & science types and didn't bring any designers with them. I can sorta see the appeal, but yeah, still ugly mechs...and probably Brutalism for architecture as well.

As they were designed and built by the Clans, the Clan names are the correct ones, even if you Spheroids did give them cute little nicknames -.-

Seriously, though, while it would be cool if they made the APs do something, they will probably just make them placeholder items, like the CC, or just remove them completely and add armor/heat sinks, like they did with the YLWs TSM. Either way, I just want my Warhammer...er, uh...Hellbringer!

Given I'm not a evil vatborn heretic, I will use the correct names and nothing else, as the Blessed Blake would expect

YLW only got TSM with the 3050 upgrade for Kai, where MWO's YLW is the Solaris stomping 3025 version Justin piloted. I guess they could make them placeholder like the DDC's command console, but I doubt they'll ever have infantry which makes me wonder what they'll replace them with.
