Alongside Mauler (sorta confirmed) and Vindicator (fully confirmed) that makes no less the four IS mechs down the pipeline.

Next Hero is still 2 weeks away, but its 100% an old chassis hero.
Taken the fact that they even slowed map making in favor of the clan mechs its hard to say if we get a new chassis or some variants of older mechs.

The only mech i am currently waiting for is the Zeus. Most others i want will never be in SMOG.

My guess with the Clans releasing in June it'll be the Flea (gasp) and additional variants for mechs that have MASC by retrofitting the mechs in question (should the variants be in game) or adding in new ones.
The only other lighter weight brackets are heavy and assault tied at 7 chassis each.
Guess we'll see.

Hate to burst your bubble, but based upon Karl's post, MASC doesn't look like a very promising guess.

Sorry - if it makes you feel better, he also shot a few buckshots into my "balance ACs" idea, but luckily I carry lots of SpaceDuct Tape with me, so I'm still pushing forward! They are obviously close to having MASC in the game, but have to leap over a couple more tech hurdles before they reach the finish line...

I do hope they use the Battlepack: 4th Succession War art as the inspiration for the Wolfhound's head. The 3039 and 3050 art left much to be desired with the head. They can use the 3085 head for all I care, just for pity's sake not the doorstop head.

Huh? I can get that some mechs like the Firestarter in particular have way too tiny of PPCs, but the Adder? The light mech restricted to 97.2 kph and heavily dependent on very high-heat weapons like the Clan ERPPC? The little guy is probably going to be gimped enough as it is.
