If you downgrade the launchers you can fit in decent armor and get more shots.

My vote is the Thug. It is the only assault PGI can offer that would cause me to break away from lights and fast mediums. I had a sweet build in MW4 Mercs with quad SRM4s and dual PPC's with Capacitors. Ah, the good old days.
