Spider Hero was apparently put in the game files, which means Smurfy picked it up, even though it's not available:

I like the hardpoint spread, but the stock loadout is very underwhelming.

I'll buy one to make an Urbie out of!
Hardpoints are great (damn near perfect) for it.

And another month without new chassis.

More and more i think they will soon announce a new mechpack.

There are 5 more Phoenix/Saber chassis without a hero. 2 in September, 2 in October, 1 with a new Clan Mech in November and then in December the next Mech Pack.

Russ did state they would not have a new mech pack unless people really wanted it. In NGNG #115. Though I think that was in answer to a clan reinforcement pack specifically.

Also, in the most recent comment about new mechs, Nikolai said there'd be a hero and a mech of the month plus clan each month, if there weren't any hiccups or conflicts. Maybe last month they were having some hiccups or conflicts?

Anyone here noticed that the new Spider loadout visuals show the machine guns a bit differently than other mechs?

They look like a machine gun housed inside a case instead of just the standard barrel sticking out of the location.

Also, we only have like 7 more non-visual customizable mechs left right?

Commando, Centurion, Cicada, Cataphract, Dragon, Stalker, and Awesome from what I see.

Yup. and those boxy Machine guns look like the ones on Clan mechs.

But they need to release some new chassis, even if "just" the 2nd Clan pack.

There is a whole horde of whales that want to buy something.

There are still 6 hero mechs pending: Spider, Locust, Shadow Hawk, Griffin, Wolverine and Thunderbolt.

If they release 2 per month, it will be finished in the first week of November.
Surely, the new Clan pack will the available until the end of November, when the last Clan mechs are released for C-Bills.

But still, we could use a new IS chassis until there... I would take any, even one more medium (Vindicator).

I had faith in that , they would release new IS mechs along side the Clan mechs. But I am starting to lose faith. If they do not release a new mech next mouth, I will think they will not release a new mech, tell after the Clans are released for c-bills.

Anything will do, but oh boy, how I want to see the UrbanMech finally in the game...

PGI seems to be smartening up about leaks. I have been searching high and low through the game-files in hopes of getting a clue as to what mech it could be. But after a couple hours of digging through MWO I have not found anything. I was hoping since they leaked the new Spider hero mech.
