Wait, is that true? No new IS mechs till then?

King Crab = December

Panther/Enforcer = Feb

Grasshopper/Zues = March

So the earliest one would estimate Clan Wave 3 is April and the latest is probably June. But they could add variants or more likely heros or even new champions in between to fill in gaps.

Well, if there are no other IS mechs released until this pack hits, that means April, when the Panther is released for CBills, and honestly, I'm not really interested in the Panther. The Javelin on the other hand...

Dunno about that. But will be March I think before the IS Resistance Pack drops. I want my Enforcer!

I guess since no IS mech is scheduled except the King Crab before the end of the year iirc! maybe a Cyclops, Black Knight, or by some chance a Charger, can show up, who knows...

Not sure. Seems they make a lot more by bundling them up. Would make sense financially to stop releasing individual mechs before they've been in a pack.

I expect that aside from new heroes and champions, you are probably right.

Anyone else think it time we start getting Heros, or just plain Camo Schemes.....for Line Units and Merc Companies?

I already have mine well covered thanks to the existence of Titanium White, but I always assumed such notable schemes would be a reward for Community Warfare, forcing you to earn a certain volume of loyalty points to be allowed to buy/wear certain schemes, perfect example of non-gameplay effecting fluff.

As much as I would love to have one, if it is treated as a Battle mech, what it is for the record, it would become the most over powered unit in the game. Clan tech on a Battle mech, yes please!

There are ways around that, as you could impose the OmniMech restrictions with "locked" omnipods. Very easy way to do it.

So, basically, lock-down the Class E & Class F modifications (see pg. 188 of Strategic Operations)?
(Which, really, is how all non-OmniTech 'Mechs should have been implemented to begin with...)

Class E Modifications:
  • Add/move/remove CASE
  • Change myomer type (e.g. Standard to TSM, TSM to Standard; N/A to MWO)
Class F modifications:
  • Change Internal Structure type (e.g. Standard to Endo-Steel, Endo-Steel to Standard)
  • Change Engine type (e.g. Standard to XL, XL to Standard)
  • Change Gyro type (N/A to MWO)
  • Change Cockpit type (N/A to MWO)

Yes, and I really want those N/As to be Applicable, too...
