Problem with this is that I think at the current time there's only the Prime variant with 2 SRM6s, and one with 1 SRM6 and 4 Med Lasers (and we've already got the Jenner). Another one comes out in the next year or so that has an SRM6 and 2 Streak SRM2s. I'd still like the prime variant though to give it a couple of LRM5s and make a light support mech.
Wasn't the javlin the one that kept falling on its face ?

I think they will take some time implementing the already announced mechs, but I actually believe they will starting feeding clan rumors in a few time...
That doesn't mean we will be playing with clans anytime soon. There would probably release of the game, with all 16 IS mechs, allowing us some months of nice only-IS playing and, in the middle of next year... who knows?

Actually, the Victor has many features for being the next mech:
- several possible ballistic hardpoints;
- faster Assault mech;
- jumper assault mech;
- it's a common mech.

for all those fearing OMNI-only-matches next year: if PGI uses some sort of BV-based matchmaking, things won't be sooo bad, I think. all thoses guys (or lads ...) wishing to pilote an OMNI can do it, but if they end up with the same BV as the rest, there mech will be noticable lighter then those of the rest. we would need to takea look at the balancing, when the clanner finally make their entrance.

I still want C-Bill based matchmaking when the Clans arrive. You take your 'Mad Cat', I'll get some mates together and field 16 UrbanMechs with UAC/5's.
