Everyone gets it, most of the merc units are comp teams. Whichever factions they join for the week gets huge gains. Making the game unfun just means you will just end up dropping against turrets, which in turn makes your game unfun. Think about it.

Making the game un-fun? We didn't attack and take New Caledonia from you...it was the other way around. Initiated by mr Gyrok of CWDG...we are having fun coming to reclaim a planet we want, that your faction claimed. It's simple. You don't have to stand in our way if you don't like the battles we offer. I believe you have other fronts that don't include CGB.

We do not, and did not accuse CW of making the game un-fun, even when CW took a planet we desired to keep. Instead we do the one thing this game is made for...we send in Mechs to do battle to take the planet back. How much more fun can we possibly make it? Isn't the entire purpose of the game to do battle, in mechs? Think about it.

Could you please stop to pose as victim? That is nothing but pathetic. Clan Ghostbear took a grab for Ferris. So, by your own logic, Gyrok did not initiate anything.

But of course now you will switch back to the "Clan Wolf is to weak to defend its holdings" rhetoric. Some in Clan Ghostbear appear to be little bobbleheads these days.

I am not posing as a victim at all...I feel rather happy go lucky about the whole thing to be honest. However, New Caledonia was grabbed first. Just ask Gyrok.

Also, to those groups in Wolf who keep dropping against us, thank you for keeping the game fun! GK, you know I'm especially looking at you guys! Thanks for the games.

Ax2Grind, the un-fun comment was directed at Alexander Steel, who used the term first. As to who started who first, how are are we going back? Both sides have taken planets from each other in the past. More recently, Ferris was taken from the Wolves on Jan 13, while New Caledonia was taken from the Ghost Bears Jan 21.

You hide behind a cheap excuse of a justification, namely that Clan Wolf attacked Clan Ghost Bear first and that you are just retaliating. That is not the case. I do not mind good fights. I just mind cowards who need excuses like that.

Ah gotcha about the fun comment. Yes, I am not worried about what happened first or last. For my fun playing as CGB right now there is but one topic of importance. New Caledonia was attacked, and is now held by CW. I want it back.

Did you read the thread Gyrok started before he deleted it last night? He essentially declared war on CGB. We are simply responding. You may now continue with your name calling.

When you're a jerk to everybody and everybody gangs up on you, it doesn't really bother me in any way when you pay the price for it.

I've jumped around to several faction and the only one that wasn't fun was Wolf. So yeah, my fun is in good shape.

No I did not read the thread. But I read a lot of accusations by Ghost Bears. I can accept that you want New Caledonia. But reasoning that Gyrok did not ask before Wolves attacked said New Caledonia and Ferris after Clan Ghost Bear took Ferris two weeks prior to these attacks and most certainly did not ask anyone with Clan Wolf is just weak.

Yeah, but unlike say a bunch of mercs taking a planet, Gyrok is on your teamspeak server and part of the Wolf Leadership. If he doesn't speak for you, and if you were upset by his action you have ways to cut ties with him. Unlike how a faction can't do anything when mercs fly their banner and do stuff.

That said it would be pretty cool if that happened because it would be like Crusader and Warden wolves splitting. That should get any RPers "Magic Missile" Flying at the darkness.

Why do you keep bringing up Ferris? I didn't bring it up. If bringing it up is "weak" then why do you keep doing something weak? The reason for this attack is not that Gyrok attacked New Caledonia without asking...that was just brought up because he said he had...and he hadn't...the reason why we attack is to reclaim New Caledonia. If you want to make it about something else that's on you.

You may want to grab one of the links in the other thread about this very topic...some of the thread is saved and it's pretty entertaining. It would also shed some light on why folks might be mentioning Gyrok...and what he did or did not do.
