You are all being amazingly good sports about this and I thank you for that.

Thank you for the response. I want to make it clear that the comment I saw was short and could easily have been taken either way but I wanted to try and prevent this from turning into something more serious. I doubt I will ever take screen shots as this seems a bit like tattling, but we will take appropriate action in response to trash talking through the form of increased aggression. Be aware that we intend to respond planet for planet and if you are able to make a path to the IS in this fashion and stop attacking us once that happens, I fully intend to have this matter ended at that point.

However if it does degenerate into "trash talk" I can easily see this getting out of hand so I thank you for responding the way that you did and we will handle any trash talking on our side in equal fashion. We understand your plight and while we all feel that your frustration should be pointed in the direction of CGB due to how they have treated you in the past, if CW can keep it civil, this minor planet swapping can remain just that.

Please don't give up a planet, it is quite fun facing off against members of Clan Wolf and learning the Wolf style of Community Warfare. In all drops I have participated in for Dell Honor had been present on both sides of the field and I hope to see that continue.

We don't intend to simply give up a planet. If you wish to conquest for a wolf planet you may be met with resistance. I mean no I'll will on fellow clansmen and wouldn't expect any less from Clan jade falcon some good matches on both sides were played and was quite enjoyable

My final match on the planet dell was an attrition fight and stayed pretty much equal till the end when wolf was able to get the upper hand but was quite the enjoyable match

I cannot speak for all of Jade Falcon but I have no intention of stopping at one planet.

Again however it also seems that people want to accuse the Dark Born of nefarious activities by association due to the fact that we have a Ghost bear icon on the forum instead of any actual activity or evidence of what we do have done?

If you want to call it a trial of possession for a planet as per the Clan way then I understand as per the Clan way as that is designed to use less military resources as per that process.

But I don't see any bidding process to enable that to happen and in fact it may be that people then are capable of bringing an open ended amount of military resources at their desposal to then fight the conflict in MWO CW. So in the end it might just be a declaration of war for a planet.

Also the trial of possession also states that if you lose then you are supposed to give something of equal value to the offended Clan or Warrior. But I don't see a mechanic in CW to allow this to happen for the Clans. Otherwise I guess Clan Wolf would have had to cede planets to CJF for their numerous failed attempts to take Dell as per the trial process?

This really has little to do with you now. Leave it to the Wolves and Us to sort our way and so far we are enjoying the trials

So you have 0 right to speak about declaration of war or everything about the Clans since your not even part of them anymore technicly.

Correct KuroNyra we are free of the Clan Systems. But this does not mean that they do not exist for you and that we are aware of them. Objectivity is unchanged regardless of source with the appreciation of facts. And by all means if you wish to be recognised as Dezgra you only need not to follow them. The Dark Born recognise this status amongst the Clan perspective.

A clan issuing a Batchall and declaring like Clan Wolf have done can in no way be considered has a Dezgra behavior.
Jade Falcons know our intention and welcome the challenge like true warriors.

The Batchall has been made, bargainned well and done.
The Way of the Clan is followed and the Zellbrigen is respected.

BTW I have noticed a lot of Jade Falcons with no unit tags defending and attacking along Wolf borders past few days. Very skilled and appeared to be very organized as well for 'random' pugs. What looks to be pugs, plays like an organized team or at least part of a team. I might be thinking that some people might be playing alt accounts to stop us from getting to the Inner Sphere.
