Do your team a favor and dont waste a 100 ton mech slot on boating lrms. That heavy armor comes in handy at the front. Leave the mass lrms to the mechs quirked well for it.

Uh...*drools*...uh...*saliva drops from chin onto pants* that armor comes in handy for when I put myself in poor positions, which I do all the time, because I wouldn't know what to do with maneuverability rather than armor.

In COMPLETELY unrelated news, I am also using LRMs.

Seriously, KGC's actually does LRMs better than the Atlas does. And being such a general slowboat, in PUG play LRMs are often all it gets to fire early on.

Is it the quad AC/5 monster? No. But silly builds like lurmcrabs with MGs are hilarious to play. Not best, not effective, but funny.

You know what's a better trick? Using the missile hardpoints to mount SRMs, so that when the enemy comes, you shoot them in the face with one billion missiles per second and they get owned so fast their hard drive explodes.
