Dear Coordinator is extremely handsome and honorable and I'm extremely offended by your comparing him to some actor in some movie, even if that movie is based on our traditional story of モータルコンバット (Mortal Kombat). It's rude and borderline racist., Fedcom Pig.
.

That 'stache. That mullet. He was clearly created by someone who grew up in the 80's, hated every minute of it and wanted to punish House Kurita for it.

Cary-Hiroyuki however played the main villains on both Mortal Kombat movies plus Tekken and best of all he played Minoru Genda. They guy who planned the attack on Pearl Harbor. Theodore Kurita would never be that cool.

Dear Coordinator spits on this pathetic actor. He played some roles in some movies, Dear Coordinator is a mighty warrior in charge of the mightiest house in the inner sphere, and is the mastermind behind our utter domination of all opponents in this last month. Comparing a man who acts in movies to the Glory of House Kurita is insulting, ignorant, and incredibly stupid, Fedcom Pig.

You also post an extremely old picture of how Dear Coordinator looked in his youth, here is our Dear Coordinator as he looks today:

:/ You might be. I am not.

Right, so.

Back when CW launched, us Kurita loyalists threw ourselves at the Clans (it took Jaguar how long before they claimed Turtle Bay?) and a couple of times we skirmished with Davion on the border, since Davion seemed pretty intent on chewing into Kurita space. The DCMS asked all the organized units to focus on the Clan front, and planet after planet fell to Davion. That might, maybe, have something to do with the DCMS's distrust of Davion.

Personally, I want Kurita to focus on the Clan front again. I plan on dropping there, even if I have to do it in a full 12-person pug match. We've fixed our southern border already, guys, now it's time to work our way back to Turtle Bay again.

You do know that according to timeline Theodore Kurita is not the Coordinator but the Ganjei-No-Kanrei, the military head of the Combine, right? His father Takashi is Coordinator. Theodore Kurita doesn't become Coordinator until 3052, though his military reforms are currently sweeping through the DCMS.

So many posts, can't read every page :D

Just wanted to say thanks to those illuminating that ACES is simply upfront with our goals, which are largely to be a mobile strike force in assisting the Star League's hold against the clans.
We hoped that our arrival in Kuritan space would trigger a renewed offensive against Smoke Jaguar, as unlike previously, you would now have the manpower to do so. Choosing to not join in that with the SL is certainly your choice to make, but as that didn't efficiently align with our goals, we decided we could be more effective elsewhere.
Sure, I definitely hoped that the "threat" of our leaving would sway the council into joining, but I also wanted to state that as a simple reality and to be transparent.

To those making comments about ACES loyalty to Davion, and that coloring our diplomacy. Well, I'm sure many Davion leaders themselves can confirm that we don't maintain close ties. We support the idea of a stabilized sphere, that includes a stable Davion that isn't picked on from every side.

The Coalition of mercenaries wont be rolling around faction to faction starting personal fights or "living for the tag count". We wont break faction cease fires. We will work with faction command structures, but our help should be expected to contribute towards SL goals. My hope is we can be a coalition that houses enjoy seeing support from, not sweating over what we're going to meddle with next.

Any other mercs that want to join the Coalition, just send me a PM and we'll talk. Any house command structures that need assistance with a clan problem, do the same.

Whatever you do, as long as it involves clanner murder, it has my approval.

Who's getting mad at ACES? As I understand it the only thing people have to be mad about are the MS pirate kingdom and house Kurita not caring for the neo-Star Leauge. Mercs gonna merc with or without the nSL, so if this drives our pop lower enough I could easily see PGI bumping and bumping our contract rewards until I (who am on a permanent contract anyway) make 150k contract bonus c-bills on a win.

I don't see how not wanting to join the nSL makes Kurita 'bad guys'. We've shown nothing but honour in our deals with Marik and Liao and there is no indication of that changing.

I don't see why shutting down the wormwhole experiment makes us bad guys, either? The deal has been, as I understand, to take planets directed to the clan boarder. But your MERCs, even if they aren't controlable as we all know, exploited this agreement and extended the invasion corridor. We don't accept this and this makes us bad guys?

In the end, I don't mind what you think of us, unless we stick to the deals we made. Taking most of the Dieron Military District and even attacking Dieron itself was never part of our agreement. So we are free to end this wormwhole farce.

And we'd be willing to give it back to you freely if you guys would just calm down and talk it out.

But if you keep acting like this it only serves to strain relations.

A lot of war mongers seem to be at work here, from both sides, Marik and Kurita. In doubt, I choose the path of honor and this path leads me to free Dieron and the rest of the Combine of all suppressor. And to make things clear, I don't mind thriving into Davion territory as well as punishment for their treason and to establish a safety area between the armies of the Federated Suns and the Dragons realm.

Like I said before, I will not attack Marik itself, Steiner or the FRR.

Yeah no sorry the "oh no we're still allies it must have been some misguided pugs" line doesn't work when, to my knowledge, we faced large numbers of marik loyalist units attempting to widen the wormhole corridor for many, many hours last night.

Lets all calm down a little bit. We don't want a war and I think (hope) marik neither.
We should get our leaders together and discuss the situation and find a solution.

It's more like Kurita didn't want to have to deal with being threatened and policed by people who don't know the first (or second, or third, etc) thing about having to deal with a clan front in their territory. There's at this point literally dozens of posts from various Star League bootlickers telling us to do what they want or face the consequences. I'm pretty sure that's why we said "yeah, no" to the star league. We like fighting the clans as much as we like fighting anyone else (a lot), but we don't like being told what to do by a bunch of wannabe bullies and brown-nosers.
