I used to work in gaming. Some big (and some small) MMOs and multiplayer games. Much of my job was dealing with player complaints, cheating, etc.

The amount of death threats surprised me. It all went into three categories:

1. Bogus complaints (he called me a poo head!)

2. Legit complaints (multiple accounts to stalk someone, lots of personal threats "i'm going to kill you", etc)

3. Legal review/law enforcement relations referral (" I know who you are, your kids go to X school. Would be a shame if someone ran them over and drove off some day wouldn't it ")

I saw as many 2s and 3s as 1s. Not kidding.

Also sorting logs you see a lot of private channel/whisper stuff you never wanted to. A coworker was going to write a book. " 101 things you never wanted to know people RP doing with a spit-lubed shortsword pommel.

Gaming would be far better without gamers.

The only reason Kurita doesn't zerg ghost cap is that they will never have that many friends. *ker-splat!*

The only reason NS talks so much trash on the forums is that in game nobody can hear them over their constant teams killing. *bonk!*

No joke, it takes us 20 mins to do a ghost drop with these turds firing at each other as soon as they hit the ground.

Our TK numbers have been used against some us in the past ::runs and hides::

ironically enough our motto is optimal routes, yet half of the time we tk each other on the way to the ghost cap (most of those times me trying to leg prophetic ). i swear half of our ghost drops take longer then a legit match where we are attacking (not counter attacking) on sulfurous.

Yeah, you don't even tk. Just open up the torso armor and let the turret finish him.

Or switching to a gauss boat and seeing how many teammates in lights you can leg and leave. On a good run you can cripple so many that there are not enough left so clear the turrets at omega before you catch up.

A turret drop is like a party of Highlander immortals. In the end there can be only one!

Our unit is probably responsible for a disproportionately high amount of team kills compared to other players.

Fire first, fire often, secure the kill. Ff isn't a tactical one it's a logistical one to clean up after.
