lmao at certain units constantly and consistently going ham with friendly fire on us in public queue. i'm sorry homies but that's a bad case of losing the arms race and being left holding all the mad

I get that you guys tend to take that sort of stuff in stride and don't put the party van on speed dial but you need to report that ****. You let people get away with it and they do it to someone else or other scrubs with them consider it legit.

Think of it like vaccines. You're preserving the herd immunity.

so nice Marik has an attack window for Kurita, maybe instead of cutting through you to Clan we may camp for a while. After Liao maybe Davion also want to cut a path to the Clan front directly through Kurita? ;)

Sounds neat, how many planets have you taken from Kurita in these past few days? Have you been able to hold any of them? Should be easy considering how badly their loosing to CSJ right?

"Cutting through" is Marik euphemism for getting stomped over and over.

When clan front touches purple, and yellow, they will both suddenly change color to green.

It is foreknown.

Tac ops is the sissy version :P. Original Max Tech rules. 2+ crits in the same turn, 8+ and explodes for damage and range based on engine size.

Maximum Tech is obsolete for a lot of reasons. That kind of chain-gang fusion fireworks is many of them.

That's right, Dracs. Dear Coordinator runs a scrub mech with CT mounted LRM 10, ammo in a side toros cased in with the XL engine and rear facing lasers.

Saves most of the engine (huge financial issue with losing XL engines completely; this only results in a partial loss) and keeps the pilot alive after an ammo explosion. Only the mech goes down if it goes boom.

Meanwhile an ammo explosion without the CASE usually results in a dead to injured pilot, regardless of XL or standard engine.

Is it intentional that these NKVD types don't have even a basic command of BT vocabulary?

But if you think about it, what even is a mech, right?

I find it useful to know all 26, A through Z . It allows for a larger vocabulary and makes it easier to write LoL and lmao and lets not forget scrumdiddlyumptious.

I'm suprisedby that, I mean given it is NKVD I would have expected that expressions such as "WTF" and "FFS" would at least have made those letters vitally important for communication, at the very least maybe an F and a U?

Which, I confess, is why I have an affection for it. It clearly understood that the proper rules of any game is to provide the GM as many horrible and terrifying tools to kill players as possible.

Ammo explosion only goes 1 segment away in any direction, so it would pop out CT and not cockpit. Got that clarified years ago by one of the game devs. I think it was on the SARNA forums. The only time it gets super messy was when you have ammo in multiple locations and the damage would chain in to cook off ammo in another location.

It does save you repair costs if you salvage the mech, that's absolutely true. Are you saying that possibly saving money when your mech is blown out from under you on the hope that your side still wins the fight is more valuable than another 8 pts of armor, especially given how bad stock armor values were?

Regardless of how far the ammo explosion goes, the pilot still takes injuries. The pilot takes double the injuries when the ST and CT take hits from the explosion. Furthermore, damage to the gyro can cause increased chances of the mech falling down at the same time of the ejection. Combine this with being near woodlands and you can eject and slam directly into a tree. (It's happened, it sucks, it's hilarious).

Stock mechs live longer, far longer than in MWO. Especially since a Dragon's armor is effectively rivaling a Stalker's armor (check their values).

MWO may have double armor/structure, but MWO also has a minimum of 3.5 times the firing rate with some weapons firing at over 28 times the firing rate.

Also, remember that "Factories are building Battlemechs at a rate that barely rivals their attrition." In other words, right up to before the Clan invasion, the IS mechs are barely being built as fast as they are being completely demolished (unsalvageable). That is how 'precious' every single mech is. With TT's FLD as opposed to the lore, 8 armor doesn't mean much. Especially with through armor criticals.

Yes but a TAC is more likely to help blow out your engine and almost as likely to kill your pilot as it is set off that ST ammo. 8 pts of armor to protect the side torsos is going to shave 1 more hit from most weapons, in part or in whole, or 4 more points of IS on each ST against what's most likely to blow it out - getting your ST tapped.

TACs are like the raised middle finger of god. There is no 'protection' against them. CASE your ammo? LOL, TAC blows out your gyro, or your engine, or kills the pilot outright.

Also this is the personal mech of a faction leader. You can say that 'well, there's some cost savings in the design for when it an ammo blowout' but in the end the design is bad and Takashi should feel bad for piloting it.

Dear Coordinator is a scrub. His kid takes his keys away at one point. It's embarrassing.
