omg talk about being an uptight ass who thinks it's fair to have a 1 week sale when most people want longer.
If you "whales" had spent enough i'm sure they wouldn't have extended it, but then again without us tunas u whales wo8uld be playing no one so suck it up sunshine
good go cry somewhere else it litterally does not hurt you at all that more people have a chance to get the thing. The only reason this should make someone mad is if they are out money that they would have needed and could have waited which is just as much your fault for spending it on something that gives you only a timed exclusive thing anyway so pleas please please go cry somehwere else

you try explaining your idea again, this time in English please?
1 week was a joke and an insult to the much larger % of player base who can';t just whipped out $150 without notice.
you whales have such a feeling of entitlement it's absolutely amazing how much u think u deserve over the rest of us on something that isn't planned for released for 5 months, so please, go whinge to someone who cares, as i don't give a flark and it's just as much my entitled to cry foul as it is yours to complain you don't feel special anymore.

I keep seeing people hint about so-called "competitions". Just what are these? Where are they held? Who are sponsors and governing bodies? What are the prizes awarded? How much are the monetary awards worth? Are there endorsement deals to be had?
It's a tiny % of players who think themselves elite compative players when really they don';t realise how small a % of the player they are that there not worth anything yet one of the loudest bunch of whingers ****** there are

I suggest you educate yourself about that case. The coffee was unreasonably hot, it caused 3rd degree burns that required skin grafts. She only wanted enough money to cover medical expenses and lost wages, asking for around $20,000; McD's offered her $800. After witness testimony, including from McD's own safety people, revealed that McD's knew it was an issue, had been sued for it repeatedly, and went with a policy of settling out of court with people rather than correcting the issue for over a decade. The jury, offended by McD's willful negligence, awarded the woman a total settlement of approximately $2.9 million (the case was appealed and later settled out of court for an undisclosed amount, reportedly less than $600,000).

Wrong. You need to not search wikipedia for the true "smoking gun" (even your article link points out the coffee was within standard temperature for the industry). The reason SHE WON was because McDonalds changed their cups and added new "warnings" prior to the conclusion of the case... which was then presented as a admittance of guilt. Prior to that, coffee was ASSUMED HOT and the degree of heat was not a major factor. Yeah, it could serve you better to take a law class or talk to a lawyer.

Bishop, come on now. Should I just point to your Wave 3 "no more money, foot in the sand" threat and call you a hypocrit for hounding on this guy while ranting at the same time for things that bother you (A la the Enforcers Head)?
Bishops advice - Uber rant on twitter OP, maybe you can force your changes.

Well after this, I personally will not be buying anything else unless they make it right in a big way... I have spent a TON of money on MWO but this will in fact be my last purchase with these kinds of poor choices by PGI. Yes, I'll continue to play as I enjoy the game. But, they will not see another dime from me. I'll simply convert to c-bill only purchases like so many others. As I think I have 108 mechs with 5 or so empty bays, I'll have room to play as I wish...
Why don't you ask for a refund instead and give the game away instead, it sounds like the only solution thats gonna make u happy cause right now your feeling of entitlement is being watered down cause others have a chance to get on this that didn't have the ability to do so in 7 days,
cried enough yet?

Lol, aside from the two posts being UTTERLY different? Go for it. I'm not demanding anything, no restitution, etc. I'm not even saying I won't buy things in the future. I do on the other had provide, honest insight as to why, I am not interested in THIS package, and judging by the likes and comments, my concerns are not just mine alone.
Do you honestly think that PGI extended the sale purely out of altruism? I would venture a guess that they are not selling as well as they would like. Explaining one of the possible reasons for WHY that may be the case, well, is usually considered good customer feedback.
So other than my being the title specifically off of the nerdrage on from this thread, what do they have in common, again?
Also totally aside to the point of my reply to you. Come now, deflection? You attack the dude for being an old fashioned misogynist, essentially. For telling a grown man, to act like a grown man. Much sexist!!!

C'mon dude, loosen them PC panties and join the party!

it was far from those willing to go the extra what a load of crap.
it wasn't an indicator of early adopters, it was more who has cash laying around, nothing more,
your attempt to forget about the 4th mech is what EVERYONE was talking about as they have omni pods if u didn't buy buy the 1st crappy 1 week deadline u couldn't get for week later so there was so yes they where missing out on something and yes some people have budgets and 1 week ins't enough time to allow for an extra expense without notice so try look at the whole picture rather than just what u want to make yourself sound informed.

This, right here.
I shelled out for the second pack, but couldn't afford the last two due to the amount of cash I had allocated toward entertainment in February's budget so I super-appreciate the extension. It really works for both PGI and I, since I get to have a Wubxecutioner and they get to have a little more of my money. I don't really begrudge the people getting the lower packs later than me just because I had a small segment of my budget left over to allocate toward the first two packs within the initial deadline, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to still get the bonus for slinging a little of this month's entertainment budget that way.

Crazy me, I'm of the mindset that if your food is being served to you hot enough to give you 3rd degree burns than there is something fundamentally wrong.

Lets see how founders feel about this, as it's the exact same thing.
