Did anyone check out the quirks for the Urbie, the thing has 15% ballistic cooldown and -15% ballistic heat gen. What a way to demoralize the clan players even further by having them get thrashed by a small walking garbage can

I would just DC if i saw a King Crab and Urbanmech (AC60 with all their ballistics!!) defending a gen

Not to mention that the "little trashcan" was intentionally buffed so that it was many times more "viable" than it was ever intended to be in TT/Lore/previous incarnations in MW games.

I love how AC powers always combine to form something superior, something that even Clans find too munch to stand against it. :D

Mighty Falcons marched the lands of barbarians,
But the was a legendary Golden Axe,p
A weapon of legends...

So crude,
So simple,
So effective...

It was an anthem of the barbarians,
And they called it,
AUTOCANON!

Falcon claws retreat back behind the feathers at the sound of it's load,
Wolves become silent at the might of it's mighty roar,
Bears kneel before might of it's punch,
Jaguar hides in the shadow as the earth shakes beneath it feet.

Autocanon poetry, it's can go on and on...

....IS mechwarriors feel warm and secure with the many crutches, pads and supports that allow them to be "viable".

OMG this...

... its a bit silly crying out loudly in a thread about leaving a team and not PMing it. A bit like watching a couple having a domestic in the middle of the mall and not at home behind closed doors. They just end up looking stupid. If you and your team aren't happy... ********** then, no need to get petty on the way out the door.

Unless you like laughter following you out.

That's good I guess , but I still think it's BS that some IS mechs are better then clan mechs, I mean look at the stalker a 1000 year old mech by this time in lore that PGI has decided to make stronger then the 20 year old omnimechs. It's sad when clanners fear IS mechs

The most hilarious thing about all of this is that the Stalker LL boat was part of the reason that people were crying for a solution to "boating" a.k.a GHOST HEAT and this was long before the Clans were announced.

Ok, but really. Why are the clans not attacking at all. Are we really that screwed against the IS?

No, Clans are just terribly outnumbered. Now that all of the faction rewards are the same, we will see what happens when the top-tier merc groups' contracts run out and they move around.

They are Assault mechs, they are supposed to be hard to kill. But you can easily out-maneuver a Stalker. Just like you should not stand in front of a Dire Wolf, the same applies to a Stalker.

Kind of hard to not stand in their way when nearly everyone on their team brings a stalker

Jade Falcon offered more cbills then any other faction at one point, it did nothing to attract people to the clan. I doubt making it all equal will do anything, most people will stay IS

If Clans were as powerful as they are supposed to be, then no one would play IS.

Not sure why anyone plays it, it's pretty boring and monotonous across the board.

There is more chance that people will go in a IS faction since it easier to get the mech, and easier to use them. (Beside, people claim the clans are OP but... What the heck aren't they going in the clans then?)
+ Clans are more about loyalty from the players, less the case with the Inner Sphere.

I wouldn't have problem playing the mercenary for the Inner Sphere, much more with the Clans.

Anyone who claims that Clan mechs are easier to use or OP, probably does not own or use them much.

Indeed. How are long-beam duration lasers, burst fire ACs, stream firing LRMs any easier to use then their IS counterparts? The Clans may have like 3 faster-than-normal heavies and 1 fast very good medium, but aside from that, our weapons have few actual advantages. That is not a valid argument for Clan OPness imho..

As much as I love the Summoner, that would not be a very effective offensive.
