oh, but no other mech with similar engines should be able to do that?

Any mech with the same engine to tonnage ratio should be able to do that. Twist speed is determined by mass and engine size, Timber Wolf is not "special" in that regard. There are no torso twist quirks are there? I seriously doubt there are otherwise the masses would have voted them down by now.

Were you worried about some ultra ambiguous crazy hitboxes that would make it extremely hard to hit or something?

I have to say i was against the change in firstplace that make the CTF more tanky in firstplace by reducing the main ct hitbox for enlarging the side torso ones, since i like to drive the CTF with XL and not as a brawler. It is bullshit to do so anyway since halft of them is asymetrical and ballistic prefred, what cause if you use those weaponslots a high front uptime vs. the enemy making it easy to shred through the sidetorso and killng the most of the weapon threat in an easy fashion. That what would help would be a geometric change for the complet torso (st's+ct) to make it 10 to 20% smaller. That would have helped not getting boxed into coffin that easy or rip firepower within seconds. - I don't see that this Hitboxchanges do any service beside breaking it in total.

I always think everything could be a trap… which is why I’m still alive.

I'm assuming they shrunk the STs a bit, but we will see the end result, I will find out tonight I suppose.

I found myself turning it off a lot in many games with what it does to fonts, was just painful to look at long term.

Well ide hope that they would introduce it in a way that excludes text.

there is no IS mech at 75 tons that can equip a XL 375 btw. Orion at 75 tons can only fit up to 360. i will try your theory out on a zeus at 80 tons with a XL 390

Well if it could equip an XL 375 than it would twist the same. I'm not sure its 100% linear, unless there are quirks for the Timber Wolf, it follows the same movement/agility rules as everything else.

This looks like a very mature update. Finally your gettingthe hang of improving this game the last months of patching.

Looking forward to mature GUI and Mechbay (additions).
