Thank you PGI. The steam caused massive FPS drop. I have a i7-4770K (OC 4.2Ghz), 32Gig, 970GTX (running all high) and the steam always crushed my FPS.
Eager to see if this fixed this issue.
Also huge fix: "Fixed an issue where occlusion culling would cause geometry to disappear in tunnels, depending on the player position."
This was so annoying in Crimson tunnel.

I am not sure if anyone has noticed yet.....or if I am the only one, but it would seem that you guys added the CW maps to the testing grounds. This is awesome, and has been long over due and will help new players and Veterans alike be able to find the best paths and help develop skills to improve in CW drops. One little suggestion to add or change up for testing grounds and I am sure it has been recommended before, add some Clan mechs into the mix of mechs that are on the testing grounds. I believe this will also help new players find spots to target on the clan mechs, helping their awareness on where to shoot them to kill them faster. Thank you for adding the maps to the testing grounds, and job well done with the things included in this patch Dev's!
I haven't dropped in any matches yet today, but this is looking good so far right out the gate. Credit where credit is due Dev's, nice work, keep it coming!
P.S> My Jager DD is in love with you guys now and would like to ask Russ out on a date.

I shall console myself by spending cbills reserved for my 2nd Atlas on a JM6-DD to replace my trusty JM6-S and go back to UAC/5 cheeseville, bullseye-ing wamprats...
...Sorry, Urbies.

ha ha, I retired and sold my Jager -S back when the Ultra AC/5 quirk was put into effect. It was painful to do, but it was well worth it even with the Jam quirk not working right. I have had some really nice games with my DD, one of which is posted on youtube on my channel.
Just got my first Urbie kill with my DD.... I was swarmed by them..... three of them in the last game gang banged me... took one of them out, put the hurt on the other one, last one got me. The Urbies seem harmless when only one or two, but get three of them together and its like a locust swarm!

This was in the release notes, yes?
Also, seconded motion for adding clan mechs onto the training grounds maps.

Wired, honestly I read over them and didn't see that in the notes.... it was packed with so many other "goodies" that I might have over looked it. Either way, its freaking awesome that they got around to putting them in the testing grounds, and very much appreciated!
Edit..... Yep, it is in the notes. Good catch.

You missed out the +400% Urbanmech Speed quirk (or should that be "quick")
"Who needs speed when you have an oversized gun"

I LOVE seeing that! (and of course I want more, but only because it's awesome)
The CW maps in training rooms is probably my second favorite.
I can't wait to play around with the Urbie in the smurfy mechlab.
One 'complaint' though - now you guys have me thinking I need to have two Jagermechs! I've held back from having two mechs of the same chassis (aside from the special Atlas) until now, but man....
I've switched three times before between the Jager-DD & the S, and now the DD looks awesome again. But my S is so fun with the quad AC-2s....
Or maybe I'll pick up some Blackjacks to get my AC-2 fix? Decisions decisions.
Don't suppose a sale could be coming up soon...? lol
