Also cUACs need improving, reduce a bit the bullet and make CDs start as soon as you pull the trigger (that or reduce the cool down to compensate for the extended firing time).

Total inconsistent, senseless chaos.
Such short-sighted (no offense) solutions are ALWAYS are disaster.
A more proper solution would be to introduce some kind of ammo resupply mechanism. Has even been discussed in a townhall session already.
Or maybe increase ammo capacity in general. Or make consumable ammo packs similar to cool shots.

Ammo refills could be helpful.
Perhaps a consumable which makes a dropship drop an ammo case and you stand on it to get a reload.

That is the major issue with AC's in CW. I love my AC's in Puglandia, nothing says I love you like large caliber armor shredding dakka to the face, but in CW, it has no staying power. I want all 4 of my mechs to be a useful as can be for as long as can be, especially if I can keep from having weapons blown off, thus laser light show. There are more mechs, with more laser hardpoint, in diverse locations. So even if I have an arm blown off or one torso, I still have a good amount of weapons and am a danger on the field of battle. With the Dakka, it is so much of your tonnage, everyshot needs to count and you need protect the one location they are in. Just look at the Yenlo - while it can wreck face, if you take that arm off, you can ignore it for the most part, it is no longer that dangerous that it is at all a priority target.

as for CW ammo main issue give just 2.5 of basic ammo will fix this.
