I will say that the 4 ERML + 2 UAC/5 Hellbringer actually makes good use of Clan UACs, but that's an outlier because of various traits that the Loki has which facilitate that build.

The clan Guass is already straight up better than the IS gauss. I'm actually interested in seeing how bad it'd be if the normal clan ACs actually did single-hit damage like the IS ones do. Realistically, the only thing to worry about new is the possibility of double AC/5s being good, and double AC/20 becoming prevalent on clan mechs. Looking at how much tonnage a AC-based load out costs (~19tons for 2x AC/5, ~25tons for 2x AC/10, ~29tons for 2x AC/20) and we see that clan mechs don't really have the payload to pull off that much. The new Ebon Jaguar is about the lightest thing that could pull off 2x AC/20, and it weighs the same as the IS Jagermech that already does (Yes, it would be faster, and survive one ST loss, but Jagers get quirks and possibly better hard point locations).
TL:DR, I don't think it'd actually be that overpowering (outside dire whale) to boost the clan Acs to IS levels, or close. Could at least make it a 2-shot burst.

yeah a whale boating AC's will be something, but shouldn't it?
I feel like assaults in general don't have the power or fear factor they should have, that includes IS assaults as well.

Since we are trying to make things equal on weapon basis, shorten IS Gauss charge timer. Cause Clanners have Gauss with 3 ton less weight.
