My ping is currently at about about 220, is usually at about 110. When pinging mwomercs.com, I lose about 10% of the packages.
Did a tracert, there seems to be an unusual delay once the connection reaches Canada.

I'm even having super-slow loading on the forums this morning. Cleared cache with no change. All other websites load practically instantaneously.

Similar issues from the other side of the world.
Just had two matches where everyone had 300+ ping.
I usually have ~220 ping in game and ~190 in TRACERT ... was over 360 in game, and TRACERT has 294.
