Except the modding part, I know all about modding and although some of it can be pro, it cant be relied on for a high standard for a peristent online game. Its just something for offline games to players and I dont mind myself.
I do get the hint how ever and yes the description above could be in game by the end of the week if it was up to some modders. Some are that good and fast.
