Executioner = Gargoyle + Summoner = Lemon = Refund?

Until you bring out the Kodiak I'm not falling for your Clan "Humanoid" Design mechs anymore. So far you are batting 0 for 3 in that department.
Its 95 tons and carries enough firepower to barely surpass my Summoner... and like the Summoner I can only manage to mount 1 ballistic in the chest to overcome THE RIDICULOUSLY LOW SLUNG ARM WEAPON MOUNTS like the Gargoyle has.
MASC is cool but overall I'm going thumbs down on this one...
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT... its a lemon
If I could request a refund of my $30 for it I would gladly do so. Is it possible?

Maybe consider a few fixes to ease the disappointment:
- Shorten the arms and put the first mounts on the SIDE of the arms.
- Allow us to remove some of the useless extra Jump Jets to free up some space and tonnage
- Get rid of the fixed double heat sink in the RT that stops us from putting a UAC20 or LBX20 in there
- Switch ferrous fiber to endo-steel or just add endo-steel so it can carry some heavy weapons
- Make MASC something you can remove in the mechlab

Forgot about that one... still 1 out of 4 isn't fantastic... and without ECM the Hellbringer woudn't be near as impressive or useful. Maybe get the Hellbringer designer to buff the Executioner

Um if you did any actual looking at the Gargoyle and Executioner you would have seen there is not a lot of weight for weapons on either chassis. Never has.

People are looking more and more like self-entitled kids.
PGI announces a mech, they give the details and show pictures.
People pay what PGI asks for what they will deliver.
PGI delivers what they advertised and somehow people thought it would be different....

Then comes teh requests to change the mech as they see fit at the moment.
All this in less than 24 hours after getting the said mech.
About the refund, you can try to get one but PGI has delivered it and you have used the digital item as it was supposed to be used (in matches). I would guess.... you wont get the refund.

Try these?
Executive timber
Laser vomit
Both asymmetric, using the high mounts for Gauss or for 2x cLPL. Worked fine for me yesterday the few drops I did in Exes.
Edit: Ok, the CT is perhaps a bit big relative to the ST, but I found the biggest annoyance being the small max twist...

But Flip, people want EVERY new mech to be better than the one that came before it. Every new mech needs to be the new Timber Wolf or Storm Crow and if it isn't, it is a crap mech and they want their money back.
It doesn't matter if the details are all there, it isn't the best mech out there, so it is garbage!
Seriously, they can't all be god mechs. I bet this mech will be good and very usable once it is elited and more loadouts are tried. And if the CT is out of wack like many seem to think, that will get adjusted too.

I wonder how it's possible for ppl not to understand how a mech will be BEFORE it comes out.
We have all for understand: hardpoints, free tonnage, speed.
DO you really need to buy it, and watch it in the mechlab for understand?
(That said, exe is a fun mech, such as the garg is).

It's the same with the Mist Lynx, the original fail mech of the Clans. There is at last one lemon in each Clan pack, my advice is to not pre-order anymore if you don't like them. I did it once and will not fall for it again.
Oh and btw you know nerfs are right around the corner, that's the price you pay for being a clanner.

and the hardpoint placement was pretty well known too.
SARNA is your friend. As is Solaris7.

You must be new here. Summoner was failing before the Mist Lynx was ever offered to the masses.

Well my Iphone6 was better than my 5, wasn't it? And the 5 was better than the 4. So isn't that how it's supposed to work, darn it!?!?!?!?!? By the way, my Parents wouldn't buy me the Iphone6, they hate me, well guess what? I hate them and PGI TOO!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure about entitlement but they defiantly have unreasonable preconceived expectations...
"All mechs much be equal to if not exceed any previous iteration offered or it is by default a failure"... This is the preface so many players are propped with when assessing mechs and it's laborious to try to explain to them what a myopic and detrimental position it is to take.

Apparently not.
And most durability issues come from people who don't know how to twist, or understand the role of a chassis. Any idiot who paid any attention knew the Exe was not going to be a facetanker or Sniper. It's a flanker/skirmisher, best meant for hit and run, with as mcu PP/FLD and or short duration weapons as possible, MASC, shoot, MASC out, repeat.
I really want this mech. Very sad I couldn't afford it, this time.

IT'S HAS ASSAULT MECH FIREPOWER AND MOVES LIKE A CICADA AND TANKS LIKE 3x ATLASES!!
Executioner with roughly the same tonnage?
"Barely more firepower than my Summoner."
