Okay thank you for making the Jagermech look like the Rifleman. The next best thing to my Unseen faves. Now what mech can you make look like a Maurader, a Warhammer, and my favorite, the Shadowhawk? B)

bleh, the jagermech is a **** mech AA mech with no mech to mech use and everyone knows it. and to those suggesting a blackjack as the next mech that mech was out of date even by IS terms in 3040 and you know it. Still, I assume They (PGI) will not introduce an unbalanced and under powered mech like the jagermech, I assume it is balanced. So I am looking forward to it.

Great design and artwork I must say, keep it up guys!

The story is by far the worst for this mech sorry, if AC5's and 2's are going to wreck that kind of havok then I want to see the Kraken with the Clan Invasion. B)
I am very interested how this mech will prove itself in the field, paper armor, minimal range for the AC's and no arms flipping.

But ok, now we have a dual gauss carrier. ^_^

I just got home tonight after downing too much jaegermeister.

How appropriate.

Now time to sleep.

Such an awesome update, and making a nice homage to the classic Rifleman at the same time. I love the (what I can assume are) radar additions at the top. It looks mean and ready to dish it out.

Well this is going to be interesting. As much as I like the "cannons with legs" 'mechs (Jagermech, Rifleman, Blackjack...), I do have to wonder how this thing is going to make its mark in MWO. As far as I know the game doesn't feature aerospace, and this thing does NOT have the armor to stand up to a straight fight against anything in its own weight class, even at long range. Heck, there are Lights with more armor (Wolfhound, Falcon Hawk, even the Panther).

Maybe once we start seeing the Helm Memory Core stuff and refits like the JM6-DD and JM6-DG it'll be a viable platform, but the JM6-S? That thing's going to be a deathtrap.

Well, more easy kills for my Katapult, I guess.

Rangefinder, in fact. A proper addition to any artillery system.

Hmmm... Looks like a JagerMech pilot will have a very limited field of view with those shields on both sides of a cockpit. B)

Very nice, another junky looking mech turned into an amazing piece of hardware. I just wish there were aerospace fighters to shoot down now.

The LRM one. Because armor doesn't matter if you're behind a hill.

Thx but no thx. Cata is a way better - more ammo and jump jets.

I like having this chassis and all in the game but I don't understand what people are referring to when they say things like 'Thanks for the redesign', it's basically exactly like on Sarna (to me at least).

Looks lovely!
JM6-S is a death trap that you can have fun with until ANYONE opens fire on you!
You can go dakka dakka all you want and then you go BANG!
JM6-A has some armour and a good LRM punch with a tad more armour.

I approve of this mech.
I like spamming rapid fire weapons, just for the feel of it.
I find it strangely unlikely to use it, though.

Lost of posts, so it might have been probably posted already but... wouldn't those "shield plates" on the sides of the cockpit limit peripheral vision?
