The only Heavy even worse than the Rifleman?
Ah, well. It's a nice redesign, and I'm sure that the mods will be worthier than stock.
Just... JagerMech. Huh.

if you don't like ballistic weapons don't run a jager, some of us actually -like- to use ballistic weapons rather than being fry guys or missile platforms

JagerMech
JM6-S - The JagerMech mounts two pairs of Mydron autocannon; each arm is fitted with a Model C Medium Autocannon and a Model D Light Autocannon. Ammunition for these is carried in the torso, two tons for the class-5 autocannons and one ton for the class-2s, allowing for twenty full-strength volleys. The torso also mounts a pair of Magna Mk. II Medium Lasers. Ten single heat sinks dissipate waste heat generated by these weapons.
JM6-DD - The DD was the first variation incorporating technology recovered from the Gray Death Memory Core. The DD replaces the standard engine with an XL model and converts the armor to Ferro-Fibrous, adding an additional half-ton. The Mydron Medium Autocannons are replaced by General Motors Nova-5 Ultra Autocannon, and the Magna standard lasers are replaced with Sutel Precision Line Medium Pulse Lasers. CASE is mounted in both side torsos to protect the ammunition, with the AC/2 ammunition moved to the left torso to take advantage of this. The original design's single heat sinks are retained.

Or perhaps a less ammo dependent loadout using dual ER Large Lasers and two AC/2s? Double Heat Sinks are available by 3049, and we can use them to keep the heat down to more manageable levels.

Also caught the "Dakka" reference to this 'mech in the primer. Oh FD, How I love that you're a Fatguy like the rest of us.
Question: If we use a red paintscheme on the Jagermech, will it go fasta?

Clearly, you haven't been using the Rifleman.
