So basically they would be looking at each other's possible futures and hence be down to trying to outmanuver each other, while the NEXT pilot looks for a way to escape with their life unless said pilot has a hero complex.
Though given he is basically a god type entity in the transformers universe, perhaps it would be more fair to pit a couple dozen NEXT pilots and an army of NORMALs against him. Pretty even playing field if you ask me.

well again i dont think they can read his mind, but yeah he is the transformers god entity (Basicaly their "Devil", primus being Jebus)

they don't have to read his mind to see short distances into possible futures.

Primal and Assault armor. Followed by the self destruct button if need be.

Of course, that is assuming that the pilot can't get out of the way.

Robots of the manned variety, anyway.

Which, in general, is:
Superior in combat, taking things like weaponry/survivability/manuevrability/usability/etc into account.
Inferior in combat, taking the above into account.
Cooler, and if you don't vote Battlemechs, you are a dirty heathen.

I voted Zoids, Vertical Tanks, and Battlemechs, respectively. Titans are just too ridiculously large and slow, and any of the other options could just run through the shields, between the legs, and shoot it in the crotch. Gundams look like crap and I hate anime, so no bias there at all. Never played Armored Core, but it is set about 5 minutes into the future, so they can't be all that great.

well titans are in a league of their own, where all the other choices are single pilot vehicles, titans are world breakers, some titans have hundreds of weapon hard points and crew. they shoot ammo with holy ensciptions ensorceled on the rounds that can kill a chaos god if they hit it square on (well send it back to the warp till it can grow a new body to inhabit at least) when you mix tech and sorcery and sheer size titans are in their own league heh, and they dont need speed or turning, they have anto everything weapons on all angles of approach, long range, and massive weapons that can kill daemons and dark gods (and the chaos marines have corrupted titans! and some ork boyz have looted titans!)

as far as coolest, thatld be the gundams, some of them move at the speed of light cause of cheesy storyline, others can kill off entire colonies in space with mega cannons, and some of the mobile armors basically cant be hurt due to cheesy made up armor materials (gundanium anyone?)

and since i dont know *** a zoid is they get the crap vote heh.

We've pretty much already summed up that an Armored Core would wipe the floor with pretty much anything other than Unicron, but given that he is more of a god type being thing we're currently in a AC army vs Unicron debate.
Hai.

Unless those self destruct buttons are wired to multi-gigaton explosives... no wait, even if they ARE wired to multi-gigaton explosives, from the looks of the size of this thing, that'd basically amount to a few burps from indigestion.

No, I'm only aware of one thing in scifi that could challenge Unicron, and it flew around in an energy field the size of a solar system.

I would really, really be surprised to see a battlemech, or a company of them for that matter, take on an Imperator titan and win. A group of AC's maybe, but mechs, just no. A single hit from a hellstorm canon should vaporize any mech out there.

pretty much that planet exploding in his mouth during the video was a multigigaton explosion, which was like someone splashed water on him.
(and yeah i know nothing about the lore of the ship/thing you linked but holy ****.)
Edit derp thats star trek, still i dont know much about it besides basics

unleash the necrons dragon tech god on its ***, if its technological at all the dragon god can control it (hence why the emporer had to place him in stasis sleep at great personal cost) hell the tech priests worship this dragon, even though hes the creator of the necrons, who will kill every biological living thing in the universe should they awaken.

the sleeper WILL awaken, its only a matter of time (and lets face it, unleashing the dragon and his necron hordes will be the only way to stop the tyranid hives tendrils)

Star trek.

And planets don't explode, it would just be the molten interior splashing outward from the pressure of it being crushed, not an actual high speed outward bound pressure.

so what about psychic pilots with that?

... I see a lot of counters from various sides here.

its a artificial planet with a core, in the movie they set the core to overload before escaping thinking it would hurt him, but did diddlysquat.

If we did that we could leave out Unicron as he isn't one of the true Transformers by any means, given being a god in their universe and all.

hes considered a god, but hes still a transformer, he was one of the original 2, the other one being his twin primus, what one percieves as a god and what actualy is a god is not the same, as in they may look to him as their devil but im sure the humans looked to him as a giant *** transformer, but lets not trail a robot fight into religion, that **** dosnt mix imo.

We could debate this a while, but what would you say would win leaving Unicron and Primus out of the options?

Though I think we can leave transformers out of this entirely as part of the title specifically points out -manned- vehicles.

i would leave it at AC/Gundam (being similar) if we left them off the table, but as long as they are they unfairly wipe the table clean.
(also if we did include the whole universes of all given games/shows 40K would win for the reason deathstrike mentioned)
