will always remain inner sphere... clan tech is interesting.. but the designs are so... boring and dont encourage team play besides... is mechs look way cooler and are far more badass for how much heavier the tech is and on a side note clan lrm's and gauss rifles have the same ranges as the is and is can eliminate the minimum range problem by "hot loading" so screw clans

Inner Sphere. It's so much more enjoyable stomping Clanners into dust with my "inferior freebirth ways".

Been a Jade Falcon loyalist since Btech 3056 MUSE. I know I'm flying the Davion flag here but, in the absence of an option to join Jade Falcon, it's the next best choice. Identified with them the most when reading about the Succession Wars. Besides, in the mean time, there's a dragon that needs killin and a shneaky Steiner who will soon need to learn the price of betrayal!

Clan or IS? HAH! The Periphery is where all the action is! Pirate raids, border wars, Canopian Pleasure Circuses, and their arms merchants, lostech prospecting, rogue merc bands, privateers and AWOL military units... You can keep your court intrigue and your fancy Class A HPG stations. Out here it's Solaris 7 cranked up to 11: Every. Single. Day.

Inner Sphere.
I may be a Kerensky, but some of us remember the duty we owe to the people of the Star League, and their descendants in the Inner Sphere.

Clan, but definitely interested in Solaris. The rest of the Sphere is rather too boring I'm afraid.

agree with u Sibkin, I do, become the master of Solaris !. Actually that is what my Clan character does, instead of being assigned to a solahma cluster, he mans the our "embassy" on Solaris, and owns the arena, even at his "old" age B) , b4, he is called back into service for the Jihad, in cased in his HALO cybernetic suit :)

This is a tough one to me. Both Clan and IS are awesome but if humble beginning makes a great warrior.... Inner Sphere is my place!

Atlas pilots told Kerensky where to go originally, and they will tell the Clanners where to go this time.

Inner Sphere forever! Clanners are just fanboys wanting the best gear with out the humanity behind it. I won't say soulless, but nearly so.

You can thank Comstar and the high lords of the Inner Sphere for the technological decay. Not being forced to endure their stupid games had certain benefits as you can imagine. As for matters of faith, I would be pleased to invite you to our cloisters and learn our ways. The Cobras welcome all that seek knowledge or spiritual guidance.

What Clan will you play as? I really doubt that they are going to include the Clans that did not take part in the invasion. I have seen a number of people supporting Clans back in Clan space, and I am just curious whether those people will stay IS or play another Clan assuming that they will only introduce the Clans that have a canonical reason to interact with the IS.

@Hunson
I'm not too worried about whether Clan Cloud Cobra gets on the map or not. They are moderate Wardens that are very well connected with other Clans through their cloisters, which as it happens are divided into Crusaders and Wardens in varying degrees. Plenty of options to choose from and expand on.

Depends if you like an interesting story line and reasonable mechs or ridiculous garbage that broke the game.

Succession Wars, petty feuds and technological decline never get old, don't they? :)

Thinking that Inner Sphere. The Clans had a new quality about them when they first appeared in force, although the Wolf's Dragoons also had that same quality but on a much smaller scale.

I prefer IS, but I enjoy the periphery and the Deep even beyond that more so.

Something about being on the very edge of humanity, actually looking over into the abyss and saying "yeah, this is a good place to set up home".

inner sphere of course. i fought the clans to a stalemate the first time i met them, stomped their buts ever since. it is all about tactics. skill helps but tactics rule.
