You are 100% correct on your understanding of the schedule. :)

*Note: If anyone needs me to update your Units information please let me know. I worked with what I had received from the participants.

Although its on the 10th not the 11th, so I should have put 11th instead of 12th. lol

I have to pm regarding this.. :(

White Bear you are dropping on the 11th of October not the 12th, like you said. You have been pm'd back. :)

Edit: I re-read your message. You will be missed on the battlefield my friend. :(

Hmm quick question though, which day does group B play on?

Saturday or Sunday?

Saturday. Everyone has their first drop on October 10th except for those participants in the AEST where they are dropping the morning of the 11th.

So unless you are in the AEST you are competing on Saturday.

To answer your question, Group B only competes on Saturday based on the participants timezones.

UPDATE: I will be testing [dry run] the twitch channel tomorrow to work out any kinks. If you want to watch me be horrible in vindicators and help/laugh at my streaming skills (for now) please feel free to join me. :)

UPDATE: If you have not received a friend request from me yet, I will send one out the next time I am on which will be tomorrow. If you want to expedite this process then feel free to send me a friend request in-game now/today and I will accept it tomorrow. Make sure to accept my friend requests or send me one before October 11th, so that we do not run into this issue on tournament day.

Comment: I didn't realize the google docs had so many different kinds of anonymous animals for viewers.

Here is my prediction for the tournament on Saturday. Note that I guessed with a lot of people so don't get offended. The (*)'s represent guesses on my part where I had little to no info to base it upon. I believe that I filled this out right. If not then I'll fix it and edit the post.

Participants ONLY had until 10:00pm EST (October 5th, 2015) to inform me of a schedule conflict. That time has passed and no schedule change will be made to the tournament schedule under any circumstance. The tournament schedule is now locked for all Groups.

Exception: White Bear 84 sponsoring another participant in his slot. :)

Yes. I will send you an invite to the private lobby at your drop time and you have 5 minutes to drop into the lobby before your match starts. :)

I hope everything flows smoothly. If anything happens, perhaps a technical issue or delay for the matches, it could throw all the match scheduling out of sync. I would advise people being present at least 30minutes before their match in case things move faster than expected, giving more time room in-case something happens. Asking for a tight time schedule is a good idea though, and very well done scheduling each match so precisely. It should be a good chance of everything happening on-time without a hitch. But be prepared to make immediate adjustments AND successfully communicate those adjustements so we can see them and be ready for them. I'm talking day-of, tournament has already started type stuff. You might need to post here, then link here. Or make a Google spreadsheet that specifically posts Revisions and what has changed from the original plan if something comes up. Much better to be ready for it before hand than have to stress over it and improvise on the spot.

Excellent advice. Any and all changes (if any, which I can 100% guarantee that there won't be for the schedule) the participants will be notified immediately and they will be reflected in the google docs.

At this time no changes have been made.

Please head Solahma's advice. The tournament will move forward as scheduled and it can't be deviated from due to participants timezone needs and ultimately fairness. :)

We will not move ahead in the schedule even if a duel only last 1 minute. Your drop time is your drop time. :)

One question... You're saying that EST 9 equals 16:00 GMT+3 (my time) but double checking it it would mean 17:00 my time. Do you mean EDT? Or is it really EST?
